തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലാ മാനസികാരോഗ്യ പരിപാടിയുടെ കീഴിൽ ആര്യനാട് പ്രവർത്തിച്ചു വരുന്ന പകൽവീട് പ്രോജക്റ്റിലേക്ക് കിലോമീറ്റർ നിരക്കിൽ ഒരു വർഷത്തേക്ക് കരാർ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ വ≠ി വാടകയ്ക്കെടുക്കുന്ന തിലേക്കായി സ്വകാര്യ വാഹന ഉടമകളിൽ നിന്ന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. വാഹനത്തിന്റെ വിശദവിവരം താഴെ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

1. 12-16 പേർക്ക് ഇരിക്കാവുന്നതായിരിക്കണം.

2. നല്ല റണ്ണിംഗ് ക≠ീഷനിൽ ഉള്ളതായിരിക്കണം.

അടങ്കൽ തുക—` 4,95,000.

നിരതദ്രവ്യം—1%.

ദർഘാസുകളിൽ നമ്പർ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി നോഡൽ ഓഫീസർ, ജില്ലാ മാനസികാരോഗ്യപരിപാടി, തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 19-9-2019 (വ്യാഴം) വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് മുൻപായി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. സ്വീകാര്യമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ നൽകിയവരുടെയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയ വരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ 20-9-2018 (വെള്ളി) രാവിലെ 11.30 മണിക്ക് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസുകൾ വിൽക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 18-9-2019 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണി വരെയാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ അതിന്റെ വില 'ജില്ലാ മാനസികാരോഗ്യ പരിപാടി, മാനസികാരോഗ്യകേന്ദ്രം, തിരുവനന്തപുരം'-ന്റെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്ന് പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 11 മണി മുതൽ വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണി വരെ നേരിട്ട് അടച്ച് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്.

ടെൻഡറിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള പ്രത്യേക നിബന്ധനകളുംദർഘാസ് ഫോമിന്റെ വില (` 1,00,000-ന് മുകളിൽ വിശദാംശങ്ങളും ഫോറത്തിനൊടൊപ്പം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ` 10,00,000 വരെ): പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ, പോസ്റ്റൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ്, ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, അസ്സൽ—` 1,500 + വാറ്റ് 13.5%. ബാങ്കേഴ്സ് ചെക്ക് എന്നിവ ടെ≠ർ ഫോമിന്റെ വിലയായി പകർപ്പ്—` 853 + വാറ്റ് 13.5%. സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. Tender forms will be obtained from the Office of District Mental Health Programme (DMHP) on payment of cash from 11 a. m. to 3 p. m.

Sealed tenders are invited from Vehicle Owners (Private) for the hiring of vehicle for one year on contract on per kilometre charge basis for 'Pakalveedu' Project at Aryanad by District Mental Health Programme, Thiruvananthapuram. The specifications of the vehicle is

as given below.

1. 12-16 seater

2. Good running condition

Probable Amount of Contract—` 4,95,000.

EMD—1%.

Tender No. and date should be superscribed on the envelope and addressed to the Nodal Officer, District Mental Health Programme, Thiruvananthapuram. Late tenders will not be accepted. Cost of tender form will not be returned under any circumstances. Tender should be accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Nodal Officer, District Mental Health Programme, Thiruvananthapuram, which should not be less than one percent of the price quoted. The undersigned has the right to reject any offer without assigning any reason thereof.

Cost of tender form—(Above ` 1,00,000 upto

Special terms and conditions of the tenders shall be ` 10,00,000) :

obtained with the tender form on working days.

Original—` 1,500 + VAT (13.5%)

Postal orders, Postal Stamps, Bank Drafts, Banker's Duplicate—` 853 + VAT (13.5%).

Cheques will not accepted towards the cost of tenders.
