Legal heir with the deceased
Geevarghese Geevarghese Father 54 Hence it is propossed to issue a legal heirship Certificate accordingly in favour of the above mentioned persons and that objection if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahsildar, Thiruvalla within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Gazette.
Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may concerned that Varghese, M. C., Mundupalathinkal House, Kallooppara Village, Mallappally Taluk, Pathanamthitta District has filed an application to this office for the issuance of legal heirship certificate in respect of his father M. C. Chacko who expired on 1-10-2010. Enquiry conducted through the concerned Village Officer reveals that the persons mentioned below are the legal heirs of the deceased.
