It is hereby notified that the following addendum/corrections have been made in the rank list for appointment to the post of Sweeper Cum Cleaner in the Sacale of Pay of ` 16500-35700, which was published as per reference cited.
(1) Category of 82nd rank holder, Sri Shaiju, A. K. (Reg. No. 3474) is changed from 'Hindu: Ezhava : ETB' Category to 'Hindu : Ezhavathi : OBC' Category on the basis of documents submitted at the time of verification of documents.
(2) Date of Birth of 163rd rank holder, Smt. Vineesha, A. J. (Reg. No. 4098) is to be corrected as 30-5-1983.
(3) (a) Date of Birth of Smt. Beena, M. C. (Reg. No. 1413) is to be corrected as 21-5-1978 who is at present, 175th rank holder in the Main List.
(b) Marks scored by Smt. Beena, M. C. (Reg. No. 1413) was 74.4 which is the same marks scored by the 174th rank holder Sri Sarjesh, C. M. ( Reg. No. 3136) who was given upper rank due to his older Date of Birth as 25-5-1978. Applying the correction in Date of Birth of Smt. Beena, M. C. her rank is modified as Rank No. 174 and consequently the rank of Sri Sarjesh, C. M. (Reg. No. 3136) is modified as Rank No. 175.

(1) Community/Category of 4th rank holder in the Supplementary List for Latin Catholic/Anglo Indian, Smt. Mary Destamon (Reg. No. 2196) is changed from 'Christian : Anglo Indian : AI' Category to 'Christian : Latin Catholic : LC/AI' Category on the basis of documents submitted at the time of verification of documents.
(2) (a) Community/Category of 1st rank holder in the Supplementary List for Other Backward Christians (OX) (recorded as per the original application and community certificate submitted along with the application) Smt.
