Sreeja, K. S., Vattamodi Vadakke Charuvil, Peringala Muri, Mulakkuzha Village, Chengannur Taluk, Alappuzha District has applied for a legal heirship certificate in respect of her father V. V. Sreedharan who expired on 31-10-2011. The legal heirship certificate is required for getting the Family Pension Arrears from GREF and various purposes. The enquiry conducted through the Village Officer, Mulakkuzha stated that the following persons are the legal heirs of the deceased.

,, 40 Sl. Nos. 1 and 3 have relinquished their claims in favour of Sl. No. 2. Parents of the deceased is not alive and has no unmarried siblings. Objections if any against the issuance of legal heirship certificate in favour of Sreeja, K. S. has to file in person before the Tahsildar, Chengannur within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Gazette. Belated applications and those sent through post and filed after the stipulated time will not be considered.
