As per the reference read above Sri Sunil Chandran, SCI, Neyyattinkara Circle was appointed as the liquidator of the following Industrial Co-operative Society in Neyyattinkara Circle.

But the liquidation work of the societies has not been completed till now. Hence order reauthorising the officer is to be issued for completing the liquidation of the societies. Hence this order.

Swasraya Women ICS S.Ind.T.546.In the above circumstances, in exercise of power conferred on me under Section 71(2) of the KCS Act 1969 do hereby order the winding up of the affairs of the above mentioned 11 Industrial Co-operative Societies in Neyyattinkara Circle and reauthorise Junior Co-operative lnspector (Industries), Neyyattinkara Circle as liquidator of the above mentioned 11 Industrial Co-operative Societies. He will take charge of assets and records of the societies under liquidation. The periodical report on the progress of the liquidation work will be forwarded promptly.

Co-operative Inspector (Industries), Nedumangad Circle
as liquidator of the above mentioned 48 lndustrial
Co-operative Societies. He will take charge of assets and
records of the societies under liquidation. The periodical
report on the progress of the liquidation work will be
forwarded promptly.
