വിഷയം:— ഭൂമിയുടെ ന്യായവില പുനർനിർണ്ണയം—പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ലയിൽ അടൂർ താലൂക്കിൽ പന്തളം തെക്കേക്കര വില്ലേജിൽ ബ്ലോക്ക് \¼À 07-ൽ റീസർവ്വെ നമ്പർ 371/3-ൽപ്പെട്ട ഭൂമിയുടെ ന്യായവില പുനർനിർണ്ണയിച്ച് ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

സൂചന:—(1) പന്തളം തെക്കേക്കര വില്ലേജിൽ മല്ലിക ചിറകോണിൽ വീട്ടിൽ ശ്രീ. വിജയൻ സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ.

(2) അടൂർ റവന്യൂ ഡിവിഷണൽ ഓഫീസറുടെ 15-5-2017, 30-1-2019 എന്നീ തീയതികളിലെ സി3-2275/17 നമ്പർ റിപ്പോർട്ട്.

പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ലയിൽ അടൂർ താലൂക്കിൽ പന്തളം തെക്കേക്കര വില്ലേജിൽ ബ്ലോക്ക് നമ്പർ 07-ൽ റീസർവ്വെ നമ്പർ 371/3-ൽപ്പെട്ട ഭൂമിയുടെ ന്യായവില നി›യിച്ചത് പുനർനിർണ്ണയിക്കണമെന്ന് കാണിച്ചുകൊ≠് സൂചന (1) പ്രകാരം ശ്രീ. വിജയൻ സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷയിൻമേൽ അടൂർ റവന്യൂ ഡിവിഷണൽ ഓഫീസർ മുഖേന അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്.

അപേക്ഷാ സ്ഥലം പന്തളം തെക്കേക്കര വില്ലേജിൽ 4580-ാം നമ്പർ ത≠പ്പേർ പ്രകാരം ശ്രീ. ഗോവിന്ദൻ വിജയൻ പേരിലാണെന്നും ടി വസ്തുവിന് ആർ ഒന്നിന് ` 25,000 ന്യായവില പുതുക്കി നി›യിച്ച് 'Wet Land' വിഭാഗത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്താമെന്ന് സൂചന (2) പ്രകാരം അടൂർ റവന്യൂ ഡിവിഷണൽ ഓഫീസർ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠്.

ഉത്തരവ്

പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ലയിൽ അടൂർ താലൂക്കിൽ പന്തളം തെക്കേക്കര വില്ലേജിൽ ബ്ലോക്ക് നമ്പർ 07-ൽ റീ സർവ്വേ നമ്പർ 371/3-ൽപ്പെട്ട ഭൂമി 'Wet Land' എന്ന വിഭാഗത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി ആർ ഒന്നിന് ` 25,000 (ഇരുപത്തി അയ്യായിരം രൂപ മാത്രം) ആയി ന്യായവില പുനർ നിർണ്ണയിച്ച് ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു. 14-11-2014-ലെ ജി. ഒ. (പി) 188/2014/റ്റി.ഡി. നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം 2010-ലെ ന്യായവിലയുടെ 50% വർദ്ധനവും 31-3-2018-ലെ ജി. ഒ. (പി) 43/2018/റ്റി.ഡി. നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം നിലവിലുള്ള ന്യായവിലയിൽ 10% വർദ്ധനവും 30-4-2019-ലെ ജി. ഒ. (പി) 70/2019/റ്റി.ഡി. നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം നിലവിലുള്ള ന്യായവിലയിൽ 10% വർദ്ധനവും കൂടി ഇതിനോടൊപ്പം കണക്കാക്കുന്നതിന് ഉത്തരവായിട്ടു≠്.
