1961-ലെ കേരള സർേΔയും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്ധിച്ച ആക്ടിലെ 6-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരമുള്ള പരസ്യം (ജില്ലാക്കോടതിപ്പാലം പുനർ നിർമ്മാണം) നമ്പർ ബി1-747/2019. 2019 ആഗസ്റ്റ് 26.

താഴെക്കൊടുത്തിട്ടുള്ള താലൂക്കിലെ താഴെക്കൊടുത്തിട്ടുള്ള വില്ലേജിലെ താഴെക്കൊടുത്തിട്ടുള്ള സർെΔ നമ്പരുകളിൽപ്പെടുന്ന ഭൂമിയുടെ സർവ്വെ, ടി വില്ലേജിൽ നിർമ്മിക്കുവാനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന ജില്ലാക്കോടതി പാലം പുനർ നിർമ്മാണവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് നടത്തണമെന്ന് ഗവൺമെന്റ ് നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചിരിക്കുകയാൽ താഴെ പറയുന്ന വില്ലേജിലെ സർെΔ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ വേഗം തന്നെ ആരംഭിക്കുന്നതാണെന്നും, സൂചിപ്പിച്ചുകൊ≠് 2019 ജൂലൈ 22-ലെ കേരള ഗസറ്റ് (അസാധാരണം) നമ്പർ 1669 പ്രകാരം പരസ്യം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിരുന്നു. ടി പരസ്യത്തിൽ വിട്ടുപോയ താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന സർവ്വേ നമ്പരുകളും ആയതിലെ സബ്ഡിവിഷനുകളും അതിർത്തി തിരിച്ച് സർവ്വേ ചെയ്യുന്നതാണെന്നും 1961-ലെ കേരള സർവ്വേയും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്ധിച്ച ആക്ടിലെ 6(1)-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു.

താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന ഭൂമികളുടെ ഉള്ളിലോ അഥവാ അവയോടു ചേർന്നോ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത ഭൂമികളിൽ അവകാശമു≠െന്നോ തേർച്ച ചെയ്യുന്ന ഏതൊരാളെയും നേരിട്ടോ ഏജന്റ ് മുഖേനയോ സ്ഥലത്ത് ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന സർവ്വേയറുടെ അടുത്ത് ഹാജരാകുന്നതിനും അതിരുകൾ കാണിച്ചു കൊടുക്കുന്നതിനും അതോട് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വിവരങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതിനുംവേ≠ി അതാതുസമയം ആവശ്യപ്പെടുമ്പോൾ ഹാജരാകുന്നതിനും വേ≠ി ഇതിനാൽ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

പ്രസ്തുത ആക്ടിലെ 6 (2) എന്ന വകുപ്പുപ്രകാരം ഈ പരസ്യം താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന ഭൂമികളിൽ അവകാശമുള്ള ഏതൊരാൾക്കുമുള്ള സാധുവായ നോട്ടീസായി കണക്കാക്ക പ്പെടുന്നതാണ്.

പ്രസ്തുത ആക്ടിലെ 6 (3) എന്ന വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത എല്ലാ കൈവശക്കാരും:

(എ) സർെΔ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുവേ≠ി നിർമ്മാർ÷നം ചെയ്യേ≠ ആവശ്യം ഉ≠ായേക്കാവുന്ന വല്ല മരങ്ങളോ കുറ്റിക്കാടുകളോ വേലികളോ നിൽക്കുന്ന വിളകളോ അഥവാ സാരവത്തായ മറ്റ് തടസ്സങ്ങളോ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം മുറിച്ചു കളയുകയോ നീക്കം ചെയ്യുകയോ ചെയ്ത് അതിരുകളോ മറ്റ് ലൈനുകളോ വെടിപ്പാക്കണമെന്നും;

(ബി) കൊടിപിടിക്കുന്നവരെയും ചെയിൻമാൻമാരെയും നിയോഗിച്ച് അതാത് സമയം ആവശ്യമായേക്കാവുന്ന സമയത്തേക്കും കാലത്തേക്കും തൊഴിലാളികളെ ഏർപ്പെടുത്തണമെന്നും;

(സി) അനുയോജ്യമായ സർെΔ അടയാളങ്ങൾ നൽകണ മെന്നും മറ്റുപ്രകാരത്തിൽ പ്രസ്തുത ആക്ടോ, അതു പ്രകാരമു≠ാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള ചട്ടങ്ങളോ അനുസരിച്ച് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടേക്കാവുന്ന സഹായങ്ങൾ സർേΔയർക്ക് നൽകണമെന്നും ഇതിനാൽ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നു.

മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ (എ) മുതൽ (സി) വരെയുള്ള ഖfiങ്ങൾ പ്രകാരമുള്ള ഈ അഭ്യർ∞നകൾ അനുസരിക്കുന്നതിൽ ആരെങ്കിലും വീഴ്ച വരുത്തുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ജോലി കൂലിപ്പണിക്കാരെക്കൊ≠് ചെയ്യിക്കുന്നതും ആയതിന്റെ ചെലവ് ആക്ടിലും അതുപ്രകാരം ഉ≠ാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള ചട്ടങ്ങളിലും വ്യവസ്ഥ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതുപോലെ വീഴ്ചവരുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും വസൂലാക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.

(1) It is hereby notified under Section 13 of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act, 1961 (Act 37 of 1961) that the survey of the undermentioned areas are now completed.

NOTIFICATION

UNDER SECTION 6 OF THE KERALA SURVEY AND BOUNDARIES

ACT, 1961

Whereas the Government have directed the survey of lands comprised in survey numbers noted below Pulingome Village, Payyanur Taluk, it is hereby notified under Sub-Section (1) of Section 6 of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act, 1961, that survey operation will be started in the Village soon and the survey numbers of the Village noted below will be demarcated and surveyed and that every person claiming to be interested in the registered land situated within or adjoining the undermentioned lands is hereby invited to attend immediately either in person or by agent on the Surveyor employed in the locality land also from time to time when called upon for the purpose of pointing out the boundaries and supplying information in connection therewith.

Under Sub Section (2) of Section 6 of the said Act, this notification shall be held to be valid notice to every person having any interest in the above said lands.

(a) To clear within 15 days by cutting down or removing trees, jungle, fences, Standing crops or other material obstructions, the boundaries of other lines, the clearance of which may be necessary for the purpose of survey; and (b) to provide labour at such time and for such periods as may from time to time be required by furnishing flag holders and chainman; and (c) to provide suitable survey marks and otherwise to give such assistance in the survey as may be demanded under the said Act or the rules made thereunder.

If any person falls to comply with these requisitions under clauses (a) to (c) mentioned above, the work will be got done by employing hired labour and the cost thereof will be recovered from the defaulters as provided to the Act and Rules made thereunder.
