5-1-2018-ാം തീയതി, KL-13Y 1367 നമ്പർ ഓട്ടോറിക്ഷയിൽ ഡ്രൈവറായി ജോലി ചെയ്യവെ ഉ≠ായ അപകടത്തിൽ മരണപ്പെട്ട മധു എന്ന തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 8,22,427 (എട്ട് ലക്ഷത്തി ഇരുപത്തിര≠ായിരത്തി നാന്നൂറ്റി ഇരുപത്തിയേഴ് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ കോടതിയിൽ കെട്ടിവെച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ട പരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2(1) ഡി വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി (1) പി. എം. ദേവകി (മാതാവ്) പൂമാഠത്തിൽ, മുക്കട്ടി, ഇരിട്ടി പി. ഒ., (2) ഭവ്യ (ഭാര്യ), (3) കുമാരി ശ്രീലക്ഷ്മി (മൈനർ മകൾ) തായാട്ട്മഠം, ചുങ്കം, വെസ്റ്റ്ഹിൽ പി. ഒ., കോഴിക്കോട് എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂ എന്ന് ഇരിട്ടി അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലും ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും, ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാര തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശ വാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. Whereas the United India Insurance Company Limited has deposited with this Court an amount of ` 8,22,427 (Eight Lakh Twentytwo Thousand Four Hundred and Twentyseven only) towards compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased Manu who met with fatal accident in the course of work while he was working as a driver in a Autorikshaw bearing Registration No.KL 13Y-1367 on 5-1-2018. The Assistant Labour Officer, Iritty has reported that (1) P. M. Devaki (mother) Poomadathil, Mukkatti P. O., Iritty, (2) Bhavya (wife), (3) Kumari Sreelakshmi (minor daughter) Thayatt Madam, Chungam, West Hill P.O., Kozhikode are his only dependents as defined under Section 2(1) (d) of the employees' compensation Act, 1923 any other claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same. Whereas the New India Insurance Company Limited

has deposited with this Court an amount of ` 12,98,842

(Twelve Lakh Ninetyeight Thousand Eight Hundred and

Fortytwo only) towards compensation payable to the

dependents of the deceased Shihabul Haq who met with

fatal accident in the course of work while he was working

as a cleaner in a Swaraj Mazda bearing Registration

No. KL20B-6193 on 25-6-2014. The Assistant Labour

Officer, Mananthavady has reported that (1) Sri Majeed

(Father), (2) Mymoona (Mother), Thottoli (House)

Tharuvana P. O., Porunnannur Village, Mananthavady are

his only dependents as defined under Section 2(1) (d) of

the employees compensation Act, 1923 any other claiming

to be such dependents should within 15 days of the

25-6-2014-ാം തീയതി, KL 20B 6193 നമ്പർ Swaraj Mazda യിൽ ക്ലീനറായി ജോലി ചെയ്യവെ ഉ≠ായ അപകടത്തിൽ മരണപ്പെട്ട ഷിഹാബുൽഹക്കിന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ട പരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 12,98,842 (പന്ത്ര≠് ലക്ഷത്തി തൊണ്ണൂറ്റി എട്ടായിരത്തി എണ്ണൂറ്റി നാൽപത്തിര≠് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ കോടതിയിൽ കെട്ടിവെച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ട പരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2(1) ഡി വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി പിതാവ് മജീദ്, മാതാവ് മൈമൂന, കോട്ടോളി വീട്, തരുവണ പി. ഒ., പൊരുന്നന്നൂർ വില്ലേജ്, മാനന്തവാടി എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂ എന്ന് മാനന്തവാടി അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലും ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും, ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാര തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
