പുതിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കൊടുക്കുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും പരാതി ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ പരസ്യ തീയതി മുതൽ ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളറെ രേഖാമൂലം അറിയിക്കേ≠താണ്.

(ഒപ്പ്) സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളറുടെ കാര്യാലയം, കൈമനം, തിരുവനന്തപുരം. സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളർ. പുല്ലൂറ്റ് കെ. കെ. ടി. എം. ഗവ. കോളേജിലെ ബാസ്കറ്റ് ബോൾ കോർട്ടിൽ ഏകദേശം ` 1,25,000 (ഒരു ലക്ഷത്തി ഇരുപത്തായ്യിരം രൂപ മാത്രം)-ന്റെ ഒരു ജോഡി മൂവബിൾ ടൈപ്പ് ബാസ്കറ്റ് ബാൾ അപ്പ്റൈറ്റ്സ് സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് അടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിന് പുറത്ത് " യു. ജി. സി. ഫ≠ിൽ നിന്നും മൂവബിൾ ടൈപ്പ് ബാസ്കറ്റ് ബോൾ കോർട്ട് അപ്പ്റൈറ്റ്സ് സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് " എന്ന് എഴുതിയിരിക്കേ≠തും പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, കെ. കെ. ടി. എം. ഗവ. കോളേജ്, പുല്ലൂറ്റ് പി. ഒ., തൃശ്ശൂർ ജില്ല, പിൻ- 680 663 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന ദിവസം 18-11-2019 വൈകിട്ട് 3 മണി വരെ ആയിരിക്കും. മേൽ സമയത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ 19-11-2019 പകൽ 10 മണിക്കുള്ളിൽ അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരുള്ള ദർഘാസ് ഉടമകളുടെയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള വ്യ‡ികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും Gaz. സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ത്. പ്രസ്തുത ഫോറത്തിന് ` 600 + 18 % GST, പ്രകാരം ഒടുക്കിയാൽ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ 10 മണി മുതൽ 3 മണി വരെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്ന് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില മണിയോർഡർ ആയി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. എന്നാൽ ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, ചെക്ക്, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ പകർപ്പ് ആവശ്യമു≠െങ്കിൽ പകർപ്പ് ഒന്നിന് ` 300 + 18 % GST പ്രകാരം അടച്ച് അപേക്ഷിക്കേ≠ താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില്പന 18-11-2019 പകൽ 2 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കും. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ടെ≠ർ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനോടൊപ്പം ` 200 വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ ഒരു എഗ്രിമെന്റും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന വിലയുടെ 1% (മിനിമം ` 1,500) നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടച്ചതിനുള്ള ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് എന്നിവ ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടയ്ക്കുന്നതിൽ ഒഴിവുള്ളവർ മതിയായ രേഖകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കണമെന്ന് താല്പര്യമുള്ളവർ ആവശ്യമായ തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് പതിച്ച മേൽവിലാസം എഴുതിയ കവർ അപേക്ഷയൊടൊപ്പം അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഓഫീസറുടെ ഫോൺ നമ്പർ 0480 280 2213.

Sealed tenders are invited for the Establishment of a pair of Movable type Basketball court uprights for an amount of ` 1,25,000 (Rupees One Lakh and Twentyfive thousand only) to KKTM Govt. College, Pullut P. O., Thrissur District, Pin-680 663 under UGC Fund.

Tender should be superscribed 'Tender for the Establishment of movable type Basketball court uprights to the college under UGC Fund' and should be addressed to the Principal, K K T M Govt. College, Pullut P. O., Thrissur District, Kerala State, Pin-680 663. Last date of receipt of tender will be 3 p. m. on 18-11-2019. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tender will be opened at 10 a. m. on 19-11-2019 in the presence of such tenderers or representatives who may be present at that time.

Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 600 + 18 % GST which is the price fixed for a tender form and is not refundable under any circumstances. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p. m. on every working day. The tender forms are not transferable. Cheques, Postal Orders, Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form or will not be sent by V.P.P. Sale of tender form will be closed at 2 p. m. on 18-11-2019.

Duplicate forms if required will be issued at ` 300 + 18 % GST per copy. Those who wish to receive the tender forms by post may send a self addressed, sufficiently stamped envelope in addition to the cost of tender forms. An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 is to be executed while submitting the tender form (vide page No. 6th of the tender form) EMD is required @ 1% of the total estimated cost of articles fixed by the purchasing officer ( minimum ` 1,500) and should be submitted by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, K. K. T. M. Govt. College, Pullut. The tenderers who are eligible for exemption from payment of EMD/Security deposit should enclose a copy of the latest certificate of registration issued by Government of Kerala Store Purchase Department.
