തിരുവനന്തപുരം യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി കോളേജിൽ 2019-20 വർഷത്തിൽ πാൻ സ്കീമിൽ ലാബുകളിലേക്ക് കെമിക്കലുകളും ഉപകരണങ്ങളും വാങ്ങുന്നതിലേക്കായി മുദ്രവച്ച പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ടെ≠റുകൾ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു.

മുഖവില—` 4,74,965 (നാല് ലക്ഷത്തി എഴുപത്തി നാലായിരത്തി തൊള്ളായിരത്തി അറുപത്തി അഞ്ച് രൂപ മാത്രം) (എല്ലാ നികുതികളും ഉൾപ്പെടെ).

ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി കോളേജ,് തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 15-11-2019-ന് 2 മണിക്കകം ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവണ്ണം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

കവറിനുമുകളിൽ "ലാബുകളിലേക്ക് കെമിക്കലുകളും ഉപകരണങ്ങളും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ്" എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠താണ്. 2 മണിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ സന്നിഹിതരായിരിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 15-11-2019 വരെ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10.30 മുതൽ ഒരു മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 1,680 (ജി. എസ്. ടി. ഉൾപ്പെടെ). ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 840 (ജി. എസ്. ടി. ഉൾപ്പെടെ) ആകുന്നു. ഒറിജിനൽ ടെ≠ർ ഫോം വാങ്ങുന്നവർക്കുമാത്രമേ ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറം നൽകുകയുള്ളു.

ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ ദർഘാസിന്റെ 1% (മിനിമം ` 1,500-ൽ കുറയാൻ പാടില്ല) തുക EMD ആയി നൽകേ≠താണ്. EMD തുക DD ആയി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ കൂടെ ` 200-ന്റെ കേരള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ കരാർ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

പട്ടിക പ്രകാരമുള്ള സാധനങ്ങൾ മൊത്തമായോ, ഭാഗികമായോ നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള നിരക്കുകൾ രേഖപ്പെടുത്താ വുന്നതാണ്. ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്ക് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് ടി സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്ന സാധനത്തിന്റെ ഗുണമേ∑കൂടി കണക്കിലെടുത്ത് ഭാഗികമായോ മൊത്തമായോ വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് നൽകുന്നതാണ്.

വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ചുകഴിഞ്ഞാൽ 20 ദിവസത്തിനകം സാധനങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ എത്തിക്കേ≠താണ്. അതിനായി യാതൊരുവിധ കടത്തുകൂലിയും കയറ്റിറക്കു കൂലിയും നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ഓരോ സാധനത്തിനും ജി. എസ്. ടി. ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള വിലകളാണ് ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠ത്. വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ച് നി›ിത സമയപരിധിക്കുള്ളിൽ സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകാതിരുന്നാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത ദർഘാസുകാരന് ഉടനെ വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് നൽകുന്നതും ഇത്തരത്തിൽ സർക്കാരിനു≠ാകുന്ന നഷ്ടം ആദ്യ ദർഘാസുകാരനിൽനിന്ന് ഈടാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നിയമാനുസൃത നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും ടി സ്ഥാപനത്തെ കരിമ്പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതുമാണ്.

ദർഘാസിൽ പറയുന്ന തുകയേക്കാൾ കൂടുതൽ ഒരിക്കലും ആവശ്യപ്പെടാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതും അപ്രകാരം തുക വർദ്ധിപ്പിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിക്കുന്നവർ സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതോടൊപ്പം അതിന്റെ വില രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഇൻവോയ ്സിന്റെ മൂന്ന് പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതിനുമുൻപ് ` 200 മുഖവിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ സ്റ്റോർ പർച്ചേസ് മാന്വൽ അപ്പൻഡിക്സ് XVII പ്രകാരമുള്ള കരാർ സമ്മതപത്രവും സπൈ ഓർഡറിൽ പറയുന്ന തുകയുടെ 5% തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള ഡി. ഡി. സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റും ഹാജരാക്കിയിരിക്കേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസ് തീയതിയിൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്തുന്നതിനോ റദ്ദാക്കുന്നതിനോ ഉള്ള പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.

Sealed tenders are invited for the Supply of Lab Chemicals and Equipments to various Departments in University College, Thiruvananthapuram under Plan Scheme 2019-20.

Face Value—` 4,74,965 (Rupees Four Lakhs Seventy Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty five Only) (Including of all Taxes).

The envelopes containing the tenders should be superscribed as "Tender for the Supply of Lab Chemicals and Equipments" and addressed to The Principal, University College, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach in this College on or before 2 p. m. on 15-11-2019. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on 15-11-2019 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

Tender forms can be had from the College Office from 10.30 a. m. to 1 p. m. on the working days till 15-11-2019. The cost of the tender form is ` 1,680 (Rupees One thousand Six Hundred and Eighty Only) including GST. The cost of duplicate tender form will be ` 840 (Rupees Eight Hundred and forty Only), which is price fixed for a tender from and which is not refundable under any circumstances.

Along with tender, EMD @ 1% of the amount tendered, subject to a minimum of ` 1,500 (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred only) should also be submitted in the form of Demand Draft. Tenders without sufficient EMD are liable to be rejected. The firm who are exempted from furnishing EMD should be enclosed the attested copy of exemption order. Every tender should be accompanied by an agreement in the Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 (Rupees Two Hundred only).

The price quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and duties. Otherwise rate of taxes charged upon each item should be quoted against the prices of each item.

The successful tenderers should sign an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 and deposit 5% value of the contract as Security Deposit. The articles should be supplied in the College Office at the cost of the firm itself. The payment will be effected only after the receipt of the articles in good condition and satisfying the quality.

If the last date of receipt of the tender or the opening date of the tender is declared as holiday then the same will be postponed to the next working day. The Principal reserves the right to reject all or any of the tenders without assigning any reason.

Sealed tenders are invited for the purchase of Lab equipments for an amount not exceeding ` 5,00,000 in various departments under the scheme "Development of Lab and Library Plan 2019-20".

The envelope containing the tender should be superscribed "Tender for the purchase of Lab equipments under the scheme Development of Lab and Library Plan 2019-20" and addressed to the Principal, Government College, Kottayam, Nattakom P. O., Kottayam-686 013. Last date for the receipt of extended tender is 16th November 2019 at 2 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted. Sealed tenders superscribed as Tender No. 68/2019-20 for the supply of the Spares of Diploma Folding Machine and Service of the same is invited by the undersigned. The tenders along with samples should reach this office on or before 20-11-2019 at 1 p. m. and the same will be opened at 3 p. m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of ` 600 + GST @ 12% for original form and ` 300 +GST @ 12% for duplicate. Cheque, Demand Draft, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. The tender forms are not transferable. Duplicate—` 500 + 18% GST.

By post (Original)—` 1,000 + 18% GST + ` 27.

Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders to be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a remittance of above prices fixed for the same and which is non-refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Cost of tender form is only acceptable by money order or cash remittance to this office. As per condition the tenderer should send along with his tender an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper value of ` 200 and Earnest Money Deposit 1% of the total cost of articles tendered.
