Kerala Government Diaries for the year 2020 (110000 Diaries of size 16×23cm, 26 forms having 16 pages printed and gathered will be supplied by the Department) should be case binded with mat lamination as per the conditions given below and as per Stores Purchase Manual (Revised Edition 2013):
1. Forms should be sewed and case binded with 170gsm mat laminated Art paper having 4 colour designs.
2. All the machinery (Case making, Case in, Sections sewing etc.) required for the work should be brought to Govt. Press, Mannanthala.
3. The quoted rate should be inclusive of cost of end paper, 1.8mm Fusion Board and other related materials required for the work.
4. GST amount should be specified separately.
5. Stipulated time for the completion of work should be specified.
Tenders not accompanied by prescribed tender forms, Earnest Money Deposit of ` 70,000 and agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 will not be considered on any account.
