In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, the High Court of Kerala hereby appoint the following officers mentioned in Column (II) of the Schedule hereunder to be Assistant Sessions Judges to exercise jurisdiction in the Court of Sessions mentioned against their names in Column (III) thereof from the date of taking charge.

മലപ്പുറം കുടുംബ കോടതിയുടെ അധീനതയിലുള്ളതും കുടുംബ കോടതി കോമ്പൗ≠ിൽ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റിന് ഉപയോഗയോഗ്യമല്ലാത്തതുമായ 1999 മോഡൽ അംബാസഡർ കാർ (രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ നമ്പർ: KL-10-J-5775) 11-12-2019-ാം തീയതി പകൽ മൂന്ന് മണിക്ക് മലപ്പുറം കുടുംബ കോടതിയിൽ വെച്ച് പരസ്യമായി ലേലം ചെയ്ത് വിൽക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ ലേല ദിവസം ലേല സ്ഥലത്ത് കൃത്യസമയത്ത് ഹാജരാവേ≠താണ്. കൂടാതെ, ടി വാഹനത്തിന്റെ വിൽപ്പനയ്ക്ക് ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. മുൻകൂട്ടി സീൽ ചെയ്ത കവറിൽ ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ നേരിട്ടോ തപാൽ മുഖേനയോ മലപ്പുറം കുടുംബ കോടതിയുടെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ തപാൽ മുഖേന അയയ്ക്കുന്നവർ 'ജഡ്ജി, കുടുംബ കോടതി, സിവിൽ സ്റ്റേഷൻ പി. ഒ., മലപ്പുറം, പിൻ-676 505' എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് തപാലിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ക്വട്ടേഷൻ അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിനു മുകളിൽ 'KL-10-J-5775 നമ്പർ വാഹനം വാങ്ങുന്നതിനുള്ള ക്വട്ടേഷൻ'എന്ന് വ്യ‡മായി എഴുതിയിരിക്കണം. മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ നിബന്ധനകൾ പാലിക്കാത്തവ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 3-12-2019 പകൽ 12 മണി വരെയായിരിക്കും. ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ നൽകുന്നവർ ലേല സ്ഥലത്ത് കൃത്യസമയത്ത് ഹാജരാവേ≠താണ്.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ernakulam hereby define the area within which the person mentioned in column No. 1 of the schedule hereunder may exercise all or any of the powers within which he has been invested by the High Court of Kerala for one year with effect from 17-8-2019.

ഇപ്രകാരം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ലേലം കഴിഞ്ഞാലുടൻ തുറക്കുന്നതും ലേലത്തിലോ ക്വട്ടേഷനിലോ തുക കൂടുതൽ കാണിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് ലേലം താൽക്കാലികമായി സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തു ന്നതും ടിയാൻ ലേലം/ക്വട്ടേഷൻ തുക മുഴുവനും നിലവിലുള്ള നിരക്കിൽ ചരക്കു സേവന നികുതിയും അടക്കം അടച്ച് രസീത് വാങ്ങേ≠തുമാണ്. ലേലം സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തിക്കൊ≠ുള്ള ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ച് 10 (പത്ത്) ദിവസങ്ങൾക്കുള്ളിൽ ലേലം/ ക്വട്ടേഷൻ കൊ≠യാൾ വാഹനം സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ നീക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. എന്തെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ലേലം/ക്വട്ടേഷൻ കൊ≠യാൾ ലേല നിബന്ധനകൾ ലംഘിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ, വാഹനം പുനർലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതായിരിക്കും. പുനർലേലത്തിൽ സർക്കാരിന് നഷ്ടം സംഭവിച്ചാൽ അത് മുൻലേലക്കാരനിൽ നിന്ന്/ക്വട്ടേഷൻകാരനിൽനിന്ന് ഈടാക്കുന്നതും എന്നാൽ, കൂടുതലായി കിട്ടുന്ന തുകയ്ക്ക് ടിയാന് അവകാശമില്ലാത്ത തുമാകുന്നു.
