തൊഴിൽ വകുപ്പിലെ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ ഗ്രേഡ് 1/πാന്റേഷൻസ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർ തസ്തികയിലെ ജീവനക്കാരുടെ 1-9-2019-ാം തീയതിവച്ചുള്ള കരട് സീനിയോറിറ്റി ലിസ്റ്റ് തയ്യാറാക്കി ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് വായന പ്രകാരം അയച്ചുകൊടുത്തിരുന്നു.

തൊഴിൽ വകുപ്പിലെ ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ തസ്തികയിൽ നിയമിതരായ ഓഫീസർമാരെ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി 1-9-2019 വച്ചുള്ള കരട് സീനിയോറിറ്റി ലിസ്റ്റ് തയ്യാറാക്കി ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് പരാമർശ പ്രകാരം അയച്ചുകൊടുത്തിരുന്നു.

Whereas, the Reliance General Insruance Company Limited has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 10,47,548 (Rupees Ten Lakhs Forty Seven Thousand Five Hundred and Forty Eight only) as compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Prassanna Kumar who met with a fatal accident while employed under Sri Sukumaran and where as the Assistant Labour Officer, Neyyattinkara reported that 1. Smt. Sarojam Kurchipazhinji, Wife കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ആഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി തെളിയിക്കേ≠തും അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

നമ്പർ E1-514/2019. 2019 ഒക്ടോബർ 21. കേരള സംസ്ഥാന വൈദ്യുതി ബോർഡ്, ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ സെക്ഷൻ പുളിക്കൽ എന്ന തൊഴിലുടമയുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്തു വരവെ 17-1-2019-ന് അപകടം സംഭവിച്ച് മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. ഹുസൈൻകുട്ടി, കെ. എന്ന തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി കേരള സംസ്ഥാന വൈദ്യുതി ബോർഡ് ` 6,25,880 (ആറുലക്ഷത്തി ഇരുപത്തി അയ്യായിരത്തി എണ്ണൂറ്റി എൺപത് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ കോടതി മുമ്പാകെ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ട പരിഹാര ആക്ട് 1923-2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവ്വചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ മരണസമയത്തെ ആശ്രിതരായി ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്ന് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ, കൊ≠ോട്ടി അന്വേഷണം നടത്തി റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

,, ഇപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടാവുന്ന മറ്റാരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ രേഖാമൂലം എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നി›ിത സമയപരിധിക്കകം യാതൊരു വിധത്തിലുള്ള അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ച നഷ്ട പരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. ആയതിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ഒന്നുംതന്നെ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂ എന്ന് നെയ്യാറ്റിൻകര അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ്
ലേബർ ആഫീസറുടെ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതർ എന്ന് മേൽ വിവരിച്ച നിർവചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലും ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ്
