Draft Master Plan for Sulthan Bathery Town under Section 36 (4) of the Kerala Town and Country Planning

Act-2016 (Act NO. 9 of 2016)

It is hereby notified that, the Draft Master Plan for Sulthan Bathery Town prepared by the Municipal Council of Sulthan Bathery in respect of the Local Planning area consisting of the whole area of Sulthan Bathery Municipality with boundaries as described hereunder.

North—Karnataka State

East—Noolpuzha Grama panchayath

South—Nenmeni Grama Panchayath & Ambalavayal Grama Panchayath

West—Meenangadi Grama Panchayath, Poothadi Grama Panchayath and Pulpally Grama Panchayath.

Has been published in the official website https://sulthanbatherymunicipality.lsgkerala.gov.in of the Municipal Council of Sulthan Bathery, as per section 36 (4) of the Kerala Town and Country Planning Act 2016 (Act No. 9 of 2016).

A copy of the Draft Master Plan is also kept for inspection by the public during office hours at the office of the Municipal Council of Sulthan Bathery.

Any person interested in the plan may communicate in writing to the Secretary, Sulthan Bathery Municipality any objection or suggestion relating thereto within sixty days from the date of the publication of the Notice in the Official Gazette.
