Under Section 19(1) of the Kerala Civil Courts Act, 1957 (Act 1 of 1957) sanction is accorded to the Subordinate Civil Courts in the State to adjourn for the Summer Vacation, Onam Holidays and Christmas Holidays for the year 2020 as shown below:
Summer Vacation—From 13th April 2020 (Monday)
to 17th May 2020 (Sunday)
(both days inclusive).
Onam Holidays—From 27th August 2020
(Thursday) to 5th September
2020 (Saturday) (both days
inclusive).
Christmas Holidays—From 23rd December 2020 (Wednesday) to 31st December 2020 (Thursday) (both days inclusive).

3. Employees belonging to Brahmin Community are permitted to avail restricted holiday on Monday, 3rd August 2020–Avani Avittom.
4. Employees belonging to Viswakarma Community are permitted to avail restricted holiday on Thursday, 17th September 2020– Viswakarma Day.
5. 1st and 3rd January 2020 Wednesday and Friday, will be non sitting days for the High Court.

ചീഫ് ജുഡീഷ്യൽ മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റിന്റെ അധീനത യിലുള്ളതും ചീഫ് ജുഡീഷ്യൽ മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതിയിൽ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും ജുഡീഷ്യറി ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റിൽ ഉപയോഗ ത്തിലില്ലാത്തതുമായ താഴെ പറയുന്ന വാഹനം 2020 ജനുവരി മാസം 15-ാം തീയതി ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2 മണിക്ക് ചീഫ് ജുഡീഷ്യൽ മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതിയിൽവെച്ച് പരസ്യലേലം ചെയ്തുകൊടുക്കുവാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വാഹനം ലേല തീയതിയുടെ മുൻപുള്ള മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ലേലത്തിന് മുദ്രവെച്ച ദർഘാസുകളും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ നേരിട്ടോ തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗമോ ചീഫ് ജുഡീഷ്യൽ മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റിന്റെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ 14-1-2020-ാം തീയതി 4 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി ലഭിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ അടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിനു മുകളിൽ വാഹന ലേലത്തിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് എന്ന് വ്യ‡മായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠താണ്.

മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റിന് അധികാരമു≠ായിരിക്കും. ലേലം സംബന്ധിച്ച്
ചീഫ് ജുഡീഷ്യൽ മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ്, തലശ്ശേരിയുടെ തീരുമാനം പരസ്യലേലം കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതും ലേലത്തിലോ ടെ≠റിലോ ഏതിലാണോ കൂടുതൽ തുകയുള്ളത് ആയതിന് ലേലം താൽക്കാലികമായി ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ലേലം കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ഉടൻ ലേലം/ടെ≠ർ സംഖ്യയുടെ പകുതി തുക നിരതദ്രവ്യം കഴിച്ച് ലേല സ്ഥലത്തുതന്നെ അടച്ച് രസീത് വാങ്ങേ≠തും ലേലം/ടെ≠ർ സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി ഉത്തരവ് കിട്ടി പത്ത് ദിവസത്തിനകം ബാക്കി തുകയും നിയമാനുസൃതമായ ജി.എസ്.ടി.യും അടച്ച് സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ വാഹനം കൊ≠ുപോകേ≠താണ്.
