Whereas the Oriental Insurance Company Limited has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 9,46,339 (Rupees Nine lakhs fourty six thousand three hundred and thirtynine only) as compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Shajahan who met with a fatal accident while employed under Sri S. Nizarudheen and where as the Assistant Labour Officer, Nedumangad reported that,

ശ്രീ. ഷബീർ S/o ഹുസൈൻ, മാലിക്കുളം വീട്, പാപ്പാളി, അ≠ാതോട് പി. ഒ., ചാവക്കാട് എന്നയാൾ ജോലിക്കിടയിൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതിനാൽ ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 9,57,714 (ഒൻപത് ലക്ഷത്തി അമ്പത്തി ഏഴായിരത്തി എഴുനൂറ്റി പതിനാല് രൂപ മാത്രം) കേസിലെ 2-ാം എതിർ കക്ഷിയായ ഓറിയന്റൽ ഇൻഷ്വറൻസ് കമ്പനി ലിമിറ്റഡ് ഈ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നിയമത്തിലെ 2(1)(ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ചുള്ള നിർവചന പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി 1. ശ്രീമതി ഫാത്തിമ (മാതാവ്), 2. ശ്രീമതി സഫീന (സഹോദരി) എന്നിവർ മാത്രമെ ഉള്ളൂവെന്ന് ചാവക്കാട് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. പരേതനായ തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശ പ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ കോടതി മുൻപാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പി ക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. ആയതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Whereas Kozhikode District Fire Officer has deposited with this Court an amount of ` 9,72,556 (Rupees Nine Lakh Seventy two Thousand Five Hundred and Fiftysix only) towards compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased Kanakadas who died due to acute chest pain while he was working as a Home Guard under the Opposite Parties in Kerala Fire and Rescue service on 10-9-2011. The Assistant Labour Officer 1st Circle Kozhikode has reported that (1) Smt. Vijayalakshmi (Wife), (2) Nikhil (Son), (3) Kumari Nikhitha (daughter), Kayakkapoyil (House), Kakkodi, Kozhikode are his only dependents as defined under Section 2(1) (d) of the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923 any other claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same.
If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above and claim preferred thereafter, will not to be considered.
10-9-2011-ാം തീയതി കേരള ഫയർ ആന്റ ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സർവ്വീസ് ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഓഫ് കേരളയുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യവെ ഹൃദയാഘാതംമൂലം മരണപ്പെട്ട കനകദാസൻ എന്ന തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 9,72,556 (ഒൻപത് ലക്ഷത്തി എഴുപത്തി ര≠ായിരത്തി അഞ്ഞൂറ്റി അൻപത്തിയാറ് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ കോടതിയിൽ കെട്ടിവെച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2(1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവ്വചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി (1) ശ്രീമതി. വിജയലക്ഷ്മി (ഭാര്യ), (2) നിഖിൽ (മകൻ), (3) നികിത (മകൾ), കായക്കപൊയിൽ, കക്കോടി, കോഴിക്കോട് എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്ന് കോഴിക്കോട് ഒന്നാം സർക്കിൾ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലും ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ട പരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശ വാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
