വയനാട് ജില്ലയിലെ മാനന്തവാടി, കൽപ്പറ്റ, ബത്തേരി, അമ്പലവയൽ, കേണിച്ചിറ, പുൽപ്പള്ളി, വെള്ളമു≠, തിരുനെല്ലി, പടിഞ്ഞാറത്തറ, വൈത്തിരി, മേപ്പാടി, മീനങ്ങാടി, കമ്പളക്കാട്, പനമരം, തലപ്പുഴ എന്നീ പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷൻ പരിസരങ്ങളിൽ അതതു സ്റ്റേഷൻ ഹൗസ് ഓഫീസർമാരുടെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്വത്തിൽ താഴെ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രകാരം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന അവകാശികൾ ഇല്ലാത്തതും നിലവിൽ അന്വേഷണാവസ്ഥയിലോ/കോടതി വിചാരണയിലോ ഇല്ലാത്തതുമായ നാനൂറ്റിനാൽപ്പത്തിയെട്ട് (448) വാഹനങ്ങൾ സൂക്ഷിച്ചുവരുന്നു≠്. ഈ വാഹനങ്ങൾ കേരള പോലീസ് ആക്ട് 2011 സെക്ഷൻ 56 & 11-9-2018-ാം തീയതിയിലെ സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് നമ്പർ (പി) 60/2018/ആഭ്യന്തരം പ്രകാരം അവകാശികളില്ലാത്ത (Unclaimed) വാഹനങ്ങൾ ആയി പരിഗണിച്ച് പൊതു ലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. ടി വാഹനങ്ങളിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും തരത്തിലുള്ള അവകാശവാദം ഉന്നയിക്കാനു≠െങ്കിൽ ഇന്നേദിവസം മുതൽ 30 ദിവസത്തിനകം മതിയായ രേഖകൾ സഹിതം ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷൻ ഹൗസ് ഓഫീസർ മുൻപാകെ ഹാജരായി തന്റെ അവകാശവാദം രേഖാപരമായി ഉന്നയിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. നി›ിത കാലാവധിക്കുള്ളിൽ മേൽ പരാമർശിച്ചത് പ്രകാരം അവകാശ വാദം ഉന്നയിക്കാത്തപക്ഷം പ്രസ്തുത വാഹനങ്ങൾ അവകാശികൾ ഇല്ലാത്ത വാഹനങ്ങൾ ആയി പരിഗണിച്ച് പരസ്യമായി പൊതു ലേലം വഴി സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് മുതൽകൂട്ടുന്നതാണെന്ന് ഇതിനാൽ അറിയിക്കുന്നു. പൊതുലേലം MSTC ലിമിറ്റഡിന്റെ വെബ്സൈറ്റ് ആയ www.mstcecommerce.com മുഖേന ഇ-ലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ലേലം/ദർഘാസ് സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി കിട്ടുന്നയാൾ ലേല നിബന്ധനകൾ ലംഘിക്കു കയാണെങ്കിൽ ടിയാൻ അടച്ച തുക സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് മുതൽ കൂട്ടുന്നതും വാഹനം പുനർലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള പുനർലേലത്തിൽ സർക്കാരിന് എന്തെങ്കിലും നഷ്ടം സംഭവിച്ചാൽ ആയതിന് മുൻലേലക്കാരൻ ഉത്തരവാദി യാകുന്നതും പ്രസ്തുത നഷ്ടം ടിയാനിൽനിന്നും ഈടാക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. എന്നാൽ പുനർലേലത്തിൽ കൂടുതൽ തുക ലഭിച്ചാൽ ആയതിന് ടിയാൻ അർഹനായിരിക്കുന്നതുമല്ല.
