Whereas, The Oriental Insurance Company Limited has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 9,28,506 (Rupees Nine lakh twenty eight thousand five hundred and six only) as a compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Sreekanth, who met with a fatal accident while employed under Sri Sreedharan Pillai and whereas the Assistant Labour Officer, Attingal reported that
1. Sri. Surendran Pillai, Sree Bhavan, Parayan Karickakam, Anakudi P. O., Vamanapuram—Father 2. S m t . G i r i j a A m m a , S r e e B h a v a n , P a r a yan Karickakam, Anakudi P. O., Vamanapuram—Mother are his only dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employee's Compensation Act. Any others who claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.
ശ്രീധരൻപിള്ള എന്നയാളുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കി വരവെ അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീകാന്തിന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് എംπോയീസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ തുക നൽകുന്നതിനായി ഓറിയന്റൽ ഇൻഷുറൻസ് കമ്പനി ` 9,28,506 (ഒമ്പത് ലക്ഷത്തി ഇരുപത്തി എട്ടായിരത്തി അഞ്ഞൂറ്റി ആറ് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ആഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയതിൽ ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി

ശ്രീ. ഹംസ ഇസ്മായിൽ, s/o ഇസ്മായിൽ, 2/148, കോയംപറമ്പിൽ വീട്, പെരിങ്ങാല പി. ഒ.-യുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കി വരവെ മാരകമായി അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. അനൂപ്, മു≠ാടൻ വീട്, കരിപ്പാടം, ഇ-കോളനി, അങ്കമാലി-യുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 17,99,106 (പതിനേഴു ലക്ഷത്തി തൊണ്ണൂറ്റി ഒമ്പതിനായിരത്തി നൂറ്റിയാറ് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ട പരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2(1) ഡി വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി മു≠ാടൻ വീട്, കരിപ്പാടം, ഇ-കോളനി, അങ്കമാലി താമസം (1) ശ്രീ. ആന്റണി (പിതാവ്) (2) ശ്രീമതി എലിസബത്ത് (മാതാവ്) എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുൻപാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.

Whereas, the New India Insurance Company Limited has deposited with this Court an amount of ` 11,93,134 (Eleven lakh Ninetythree Thousand One hundred and Thirty four only) towards compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased Dileep who met with fatal accident in the course of work while he was working as a cleaner in a bus bearing Registration No. KL 18E 6858 on 13-10-2014. Any other claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same. V. s/o Krishnan, Karankany House, Kolantha, Malappattam, Kannur has filed a petition numbered as ECC 42/19 for employees compensation before this court. The deceased employee was worked as a driver in a lorry bearing Registration No. KL 59F6785 who met with fatal accident in the course of work on 11-2-2017. The Assistant labour Officer Thaliparamba has reported that (1) Smt. Yesoda (Mother), Moolayil House, Kandankai, Chengali P. O., (2) Smt. Vineetha (wife) (3) Krishnanthu (minor daughter) (4) Saikrishna (minor son) Vijesh Nivas, Kara, P. O. Karaperavoor, Mattannur are his only dependents defined under Section 2(1)(d) of the Employees this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above and claim preferred thereafter will not to be considered.

(Mother) (3) Amisha Mohan (unmarried sister) Karayan Kottarathil House, Pullyodi, Ponnyam West, Thalassery are his only dependents as defined under Section 2(1)(d) of the Employees Compensation Act, 1923. Any other claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same.
