5. ദർഘാസുകളോടൊപ്പം നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ` 2,931 ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്.

6. സാമ്പിളുകൾ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുകയാണെങ്കിൽ സ്ഥാപനത്തിന്റെ സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ നൽകേ≠താണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of PA System for an amount of ` 2,93,076 (Two Lakh Ninety Three thousand and Seventy six only).

The tenders should be superscribed as "Tender No. 01/2019-20/Plan PA System" addressed to the Principal, Govt. College of Physical Education, East Hill, Kozhikode-5. The prescribed tender forms purchased from the College Office.

Date and time of tender issued form—11-12-2019, 10 a. m.

Last date and time of receipt of tender forms—1-1-2020, 5 p. m.

Date and time of opening of tender—3-1-2020, 11 a. m.

Closing date and time of sale of tender forms—1-1-2020, 3 p. m.

Cost of tender form—` 900 + ` 108 (12% G.S.T.) = ` 1,008.

Duplicate if required by the party—` 450 + ` 54 (12% G.S.T.) = ` 504.

Address of the officer from whom tender forms will be had and to whom tenders are to be addressed—Principal, Govt. College of Physical Education, Kozhikode-5.

Other Defect

1. Tender forms will be sold on demand with application either by cash remittance at this Office/M.O. etc. Cheques and IPO are not accepted.

2. Covers and sufficient postal stamp should be enclosed by the firms who required the tender forms through postal.

3. Every tender should be accompanied by an agreement detailed in the tender form in Kerala Govt. Stamp Paper worth ` 200.

4. The quoted for each and every terms should be the total cost including all taxes, duties and freight charges for delivery at Govt. Physical Education College, East Hill, Kozhikode-5.

5. Every tender should be accompanied by an EMD ` 2,931 by DD.

6. Samples, on demand should be produced at the tenderers expense.

7. Late, Un-sealed, Unsigned without EMD and without agreement as shown (3)P above will be rejected.

8. The tender should be submitted in the original copy of the tender form issued from this office.

9. The tender forms are not transferrable.

10. Successful tender should have to execute an agreement for the fulfillment of the contract in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth ` 200 along with an SD of 5% of the total cost.

11. Cost of tender form will not be refunded.

12. Serial No. of the items should not be changed under any circumstances.

13. EMD/SD will be accepted by DD payable at SBI, Malaparamba, Calicut.

The tenders along with samples should reach this office on or before 31-12-2019 at 1 p. m. and the same will be opened at 3 p. m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of ` 400 + GST @ 12% for original form and ` 200 + GST @ 12% for duplicate. Cheque, Demand Draft, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. The tender forms are not transferable.
