The District Officer, Ground water Department, Kozhikode for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala invites online bids from the registered bidders of Kerala PWD/Irrigation/KWA/Other Government Institutions for the following work ''Implementation of Artificial Recharge Schemes at 4 sites in Kozhikode District which includes : (1) Nanminda Panchayath Office Building (Kudumbasree CDS Office Building), (2) Regional Analytical Laboratory, Malaparamba, (3) Kozhikode Civil Station Compound D 1-Block (Near Milma Booth), (4) Kozhikode Civil Station Compound, (Near District Panchayath Office Building)'' in Kozhikode District under Ground Water Conservation and recharge scheme 2019-20.

Estimated Cost of Work (PAC)—` 7,36,000.

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)—` 18,400 (e-payment only).

Tender Submission Fee—` 1,935 [including GST @ 18% + Flood Cess @ 1% (e-payment only). (` 1,625 + ` 293 + ` 17 = ` 1,935)].

Period of Completion—30 days. Classification of Bidder—PWD/Irrigation/KWA/Other Government Institutions Registered Contractors. Tender documents and tender schedule or bill of quantities (B.O.Q.) may be downloaded free of cost from the e-GP Website www.etenders.kerala.gov.in. The bid submission fee and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) shall be remitted online as per e-tendering process.

All bid/tender documents are to be submitted online on the e-GP website. Tenders/bids shall be accepted only through online mode on the e-GP website and no manual submission of the same shall entertained. Late tenders will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The bids shall be opened online at the Office of the District Officer, Ground Water Department, Kozhikode at the above mentioned date and time (17-1-2020, 2.30 p. m.) by the District Officer, Groundwater Department, Kozhikode in the presence of the Bidders or their authorized representatives who are present at the time and venue. If the tender opening date happens to be on a holiday or non-working day due to any other valid reason, the tender opening process will be done on the next working day at the same time and place.

Tenders received online and copy/originals received by speed post (except bid) without the necessary documents mentioned above will not be considered and shall be summarily rejected. Percentage rate contract is adopted for this tender. Quoted Percentage of total estimate amount or PAC in the schedule or B.O.Q. will be considered.

Further details can be had from the Office of the District Officer, Ground Water Department, Civil Station P. O., Kozhikode -673 020 during working hours. The undersigned reserves the right to reject the tender submitted by the tenderer without assigning any reason. The firm period of the tenders shall be 120 days from the due date of submission of bid. The bidder is advised to submit the bids well before the stipulated date & time to avoid any kind of network issues, traffic congestion etc., in this regard, the department shall not be responsible for any kind of such issues faced by bidder.
