തിരുവനന്തപുരം മ്യൂസിയം മൃഗശാലാ, വകുപ്പിൽ എഡ്യൂക്കേഷൻ ആന്റ ് πാനിംഗ് സെക്ഷനു കീഴിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന റഫറൻസ് ലൈബ്രറിയിലേക്കായി ഒരു ഡിജിറ്റൽ പബ്ലിക്കേഷൻ ആπിക്കേഷൻ തയ്യാറാക്കുന്നതിലേക്ക് ആπിക്കേഷൻ തയ്യാറാക്കുന്നതിന് യോഗ്യതയുള്ളവരും തയ്യാറാക്കി പ്രവൃത്തി പരിചയമുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ/ വ്യ‡ികൾ എന്നിവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവെച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു.
അടങ്കൽ തുക—` 4,80,000. സീൽ വച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ജനുവരി 18-ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. കവറിനു പുറത്ത് ''ഡിജിറ്റൽ പബ്ലിക്കേഷൻ ആπിക്കേഷൻ തയ്യാറാക്കുന്ന തിലേക്കുള്ള ടെ≠റുകൾ'' എന്നെഴുതിയിരിക്കണം. ദർഘാസിനോടുകൂടി ആകെ ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്ത തുകയുടെ 2.5% നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ഡയറക്ടറുടെ പേരിൽ മാറാവുന്ന ഡി.ഡി. ആയി ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. സ്ഥാപനത്തിന്റെ/വ്യ‡ിയുടെ പേര്, അഡ്രസ്സ് എന്നിവ വ്യ‡മായി എഴുതിയ ദർഘാസുകൾ ഡയറക്ടർ, മ്യൂസിയം മൃഗശാലാ, വകുപ്പ്, തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന അഡ്രസ്സിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ ദർഘാസ് ഫോമിൽ നൽകേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോമിന്റെ വില ` 960-ം ജി. എസ്. റ്റി.-യുമാണ്. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റിന് ` 480-ം ജി. എസ്. റ്റി.-യും അധികമായി ഒടുക്കേ≠താണ്. മതിയായ നിരതദ്രവ്യ തുകയും ദർഘാസ് നോട്ടീസിൽ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട രേഖകളും സമർപ്പിക്കാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോമുകൾ 7-1-2020 മുതൽ 16-1-2020, 3 മണി വരെ വിൽപ്പന നടത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും. നി›ിത സമയം കഴിഞ്ഞു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. 18-1-2020-ാം തീയതി 3.30 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിച്ച വരുടെയോ അവർ നിർദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസുകൾ അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അവകാശം മ്യൂസിയം മൃഗശാലാ ഡയറക്ടറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസ് ഫോമുകൾ കൈമാറ്റം നടത്താൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന ദിവസം പൊതു അവധിയായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം അതേസമയം ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്ന തായിരിക്കും. എല്ലാ സർക്കാർ നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിന് ബാധകമായിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസിനെ കുറിച്ചുള്ള കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രവൃത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ മ്യൂസിയം മൃഗശാലാ ഡയറക്ടറുടെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്. ഓഫീസ് ഫോൺ നമ്പർ 0471 2316275.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited by the undersigned from the competent and reputed firms for the development of ''Digital Publication'' app for the reference Library functioning under the Department of Museums and Zoos.
Estimate Cost—` 4,80,000.
The last date of receipt of tenders is on 18-1-2020 at 3 p. m. The tenders should be submitted in sealed cover Superscribed ''Tenders for the development of Digital Publication app'' and addressed to the Director Museums and Zoos, Museum Compound, Thiruvananthapuram-695 033. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on 18-1-2020 in the office of the undersigned in the presence of the participating bidder or their authorized representatives who may be presented at that time.
Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 960 + GST which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p. m. on 16-1-2020. Cheques, Postage Stamps, etc., will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will the forms be sent for V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms if required will issued at ` 480 + GST per copy. Earnest Money Deposit @ 2.5% of the total amount quoted by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Director, Museums and Zoos, Thiruvananthapuram should be accompanied with the tenders.
Tenders which lack the required documents, sufficient EMD etc. will be summarily rejected even if the rates quoted are lowest. The undersigned reserves the right to reject or postponed the tenders without assigning any reasons.
