വിഷയം:—ഫിഷറീസ്—ജീവനക്കാര്യം—ജൂനിയർ സൂപ്ര≠് തസ്തികയിലെ അന്തിമ സീനിയോറിറ്റി ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച്—ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.
പരാമർശം:—(1) ഈ ഓഫീസിലെ 16-1-2019-ാം തീയതിയിലെ എ6/23887/2019-ാം നമ്പർ സർക്കുലർ.
(2) ശ്രീ. ആദർശ്, എസ്., ജൂനിയർ സൂപ്ര≠ിന്റെ 28-1-2019-ലെ അപേക്ഷ.
(3) ശ്രീമതി വത്സലകുമാരി, പി. ഡി., ജൂനിയർ സൂപ്ര≠ിന്റെ 29-1-2019-ലെ അപേക്ഷ.
(4) ശ്രീ. വിനേന്ദ്രൻ, കെ., ജൂനിയർ സൂപ്ര≠ിന്റെ 28-1-2019-ലെ അപേക്ഷ.

ഫിഷറീസ് വകുപ്പിലെ ജൂനിയർ സൂപ്ര≠് തസ്തികയിലെ 1-1-2019 വരെയുള്ള കാലയളവിലെ താൽക്കാലിക സീനിയോരിറ്റി ലിസ്റ്റ് പരാമർശം (1) പ്രകാരം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുകയും ആയത് സംബന്ധിച്ച ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ/പരാതികൾ ക്ഷണിച്ച് സർക്കുലർ പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. ആയത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് പരാമർശം (3), (4), (5) പ്രകാരം പരാതികൾ ലഭിച്ചിരുന്നു. ടി ജീവനക്കാ രുടെ യു.ഡി. ക്ലാർക്ക് തസ്തികയിലെ സീനിയോരിറ്റി സംബന്ധിച്ചാണ് മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ പരാതികൾ. ടി പരാതികൾ വിശദമായി പരിശോ ധിച്ചതിൽ, പരാമർശം (3), (5) പ്രകാരമുള്ള പരാതികൾ 10-3-2014-ലെ 524/R1/2014/P & ARD നമ്പർ സർക്കുലറിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ പരിഗണിക്കാൻ നിർവ്വാഹമില്ലായെന്ന് പരാതിക്കാരെ അറിയിച്ചിട്ടു≠്. പരാമർശം(4) പ്രകാരമുള്ള പരാതി സർക്കാരിന്റെ പരിഗണനയിലാണ്. ഈ വിഷയത്തിൽ സർക്കാർ തീരുമാനത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ സീനിയോരിറ്റി പുനxക്രമീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
മേൽ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ പരാമർശം (1) പ്രകാരം പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച താൽക്കാലിക സീനിയോരിറ്റി ലിസ്റ്റ് അന്തിമമാക്കി അംഗീകരിച്ച് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.
