Notice is hereby given to all whom it may concern that Arjun Suresh, Sandesh House, Kuttappuzha Village, Thiruvalla Taluk, Pathanamthitta District of Kerala State has filed an application before this office for the grant of a legal heirship certificate in respect of the legal heirs of his father N. Suresh Babu, who died on 1-10-2018. Enquiry conducted through the Village Officer, Kuttappuzha reveals that persons named in the schedule below are the legal heirs of the Late N. Suresh Babu.
SCHEDULE
Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate accordingly in favour of the above mentioned person and the objections if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahsildar, Thiruvalla within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Objections sent by post or filed after the stipulated time limit will not be considered.
