തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഡെന്റൽ കോളേജിലെ പാഴ് വസ്തുക്കളും ഉപയോഗശൂന്യമായ സാധനസാമഗ്രികളും നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് നി›ിത ഫോറത്തിൽ മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് അടക്കം ചെയ്യുന്ന കവറിനു മുകളിൽ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ എഴുതേ≠തും പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഡെന്റൽ കോളേജ്, തിരുവനന്തപുരം 695 011, കേരള എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയച്ചിരിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ താഴെചേർത്തിട്ടുള്ള തീയതികളിലും, സമയത്തും അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരായിട്ടുള്ള ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിച്ചവരുടേയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള ഏജന്റുമാരുടേയോ സാനിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. വൈകി കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുവാൻ താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ളവർ ഡെന്റൽ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നപക്ഷം ആവശ്യമായ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ താഴെ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രകാരം തുക അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ചെക്കുകൾ, പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പ്, ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് എന്നിവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വി. പി. പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. മണി ഓർഡർ വഴി 26-12-2019-ാം തീയതിക്ക് മുമ്പ് ഈ ആഫീസിൽ ലഭിക്കത്തക്ക വിധം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ അപേക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കണം.

കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രവൃത്തി സമയത്ത് ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ട് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ടെൻഡർ നടപടികൾ മുന്നറിയിപ്പില്ലാതെ നീട്ടിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനോ നിർത്തിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനോ റദ്ദു ചെയ്യുന്നതിനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.
Tender Schedule
1. Invites the tender from the interested person/Party/Agency for tendering in single bid system in one lot on unserviceable/ obsolete/broken/scrape items, "AS IS WHERE IS BASIS".
2. The rates should be inclusive of GST (if applicable) and removal should be at the cost of the successful tenderer concerned within 30 days. If it is not removed with in the stipulated time, demurrage will be charged.
3. Tender forms are neither transferable nor refundable under any circumstances.
4. The tenderer who wishes to inspect the items can visit office on working hours.
5. The Bidder shall be given full assistance and information as may be required,/available in connection with the Bid by the Authority as per schedule.
6. Tenders are to be sent with details neatly typed. Manuscripts should be avoided as far as possible.
7. Tenders should be accompanied with a formal agreement executed in Rs.200/- Kerala - non judicial - stamp paper together with required sum of Earnest Money Deposits (format is available in the tender form).
8. Tenders unsealed, unsigned or submitted without superscription as specified are liable to be rejected.
9. Earnest Money Deposits (one Percentage) of the total price quoted for, can be remitted by way of crossed Demand Draft drawn in favor of the Principal, Government Dental College, Thiruvananthapuram. The validity of the EMD shall be remained for 90 days or till the completion of the procedures. EMD of unsuccessful bidder shall be refunded after finalization of the procedures. No interest is payable on EMD.
10. Firms will be exempted from furnishing Earnest Money Deposit if they had produced the duly attested copies of relevant certificate issued by competent authority along with their tenders.
11. Tender submitted with insufficient Earnest Money deposit will not be entertained.
12. The rate quoted will be higher than the Reserve Price/Upset Value fixed by this office.
13. Belated tenders will not be considered under any circumstance.
14. Tender will be opened in the presence of such of the Tenderers or his authorized representative who may present at that time. Representations should have valid authorization letter.
15. Tenders should bear the Signature and full Postal address and PIN of the Tenderers with contact number wherever necessary.
16. Upon evaluation and scrutiny of offers in all aspects, fulfillment of all documents, the Bid Acceptance Letter will be issued to the Best and Highest quoted H-1 responsive Bid.
17. Amount quoted should be in Indian Rupees.
18. Successful Tenderer should remit 50 % of the tendered value as advance by means of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Principal, Dental College, Thiruvananthapuram or cash at this office.
19. Any tax leviable shall be paid by the successful bidder.
28th JAN. 2020] MEDICAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT 720. The Principal, Govt. Dental College, Thiruvananthapuram reserves the right to reject all or any Bid without assigning any reason thereof.
21. Negotiation will be made only with the firm offering highest price whose specification/ terms confirms to the requirements in the Tender Notification.
22. Successful tenderer shall execute agreement and deposite sufficient SD (in the from of Demand Draft/Cash) which will be refunded after completion of all procedures excluding demurrage if any chargeable.
23. All expense such as transportation, loading and unloading shall be borne by the tender.
24. Segregation and retaining of items will not be permitted.
25. The hospital authority will not be liable for providing container/ carriage.
26. Proper permission will be taken from the competent authority of the Dental College, Thiruvananthapuram and a gate pass will be issued at the time of lifting of the items/material from the premises. The contractor shall be fully responsible for transporting/ disposing of the items/materials as per the rules. In case of non-lifting of scraps in scheduled time, penalty will be imposed @ ` 1000/- Per day.
27. Contractor shall not be allowed to carry out whole or part of the lifting through subcontract(s), which may lead to forfeiture of the EMD.

8. ക്യാന്റീനിലു≠ാകുന്ന ആഹാരാവശിഷ്ടങ്ങളും മാലിന്യങ്ങളും സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ ആശുപത്രി കോമ്പൗ≠ിൽ നിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്ന രീതി ദർഘാസിൽ Upload ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മാലിന്യസംസ്കരണം ആശുപത്രി കോമ്പൗ≠ിൽ അനുവദിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
9. ക്യാന്റീനിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുവാൻ കഴിയുന്ന ഭക്ഷണ സാധനങ്ങളുടെ ലിസ്റ്റും പൊതുജനങ്ങൾക്കും ആശുപത്രി ജീവനക്കാർക്കും നൽകുവാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന നിരക്കും ഇതോടൊപ്പം ചേർത്തിട്ടു≠്. പ്രസ്തുത ലിസ്റ്റിന് ഉപരിയായി പുതിയ ഭക്ഷണ സാധനങ്ങൾ വിൽക്കണമെങ്കിൽ മുൻകൂർ അനുമതി വാങ്ങി വില നി›യിക്കേ≠തു≠്.
10. ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കുന്നതിനായി ആശുപത്രി ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് പ്രത്യേകം ഇരിപ്പിടം ക്രമീകരിക്കേ≠താണ്.
11. ജീവനക്കാരും പൊതുജനങ്ങളും കാണത്തക്ക വിധത്തിൽ വിലനിലവാരം പ്രദർശിപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.
12. ഈ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ വിവിധ സർക്കാർ പദ്ധതി പ്രകാരം ഭക്ഷണം നൽകേ≠ിവരുമ്പോൾ ആയത് നൽകേ≠തും ഈ ഇനത്തിലെ ബില്ലുകൾ തൊട്ടടുത്ത മാസം 10-ാം തീയതിക്ക് മുമ്പായി രേഖകൾ സഹിതം ഓഫീസിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.
13. ആഹാര സാധനങ്ങൾ സസ്യ എണ്ണയിൽ പാചകം ചെയ്യേ≠തും മെച്ചപ്പെട്ട ഗുണനിലവാരം ഉറപ്പ് വരുത്തേ≠തുമാണ്.
14. പാചകത്തിന് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നതും കുടിക്കാൻ നൽകുന്നതുമായ വെള്ളം റിവേഴ്സ് ഓസ്മോസിസ് സംവിധാനത്തിലൂടെ ശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചതായിരിക്കണം.

16. കരാറുകാരനെ സർക്കാർ/പൊതുമേഖലാ/സ്വയംഭരണ/ ആര്യോഗ്യ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളോ കരിമ്പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടു ത്തിയതാവരുത്. ഇപ്രകാരം കരിമ്പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടില്ല എന്ന് ഇതോടൊപ്പമുള്ള അനുബന്ധം എ-യിൽ കൈയ്യൊപ്പ് പതിച്ച് Upload ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്.
17. കഴിഞ്ഞ മൂന്ന് വർഷ കാലയളവിൽ കുറഞ്ഞത് ഒരു വർഷമെങ്കിലും സർക്കാർ/പൊതുമേഖലാ/സ്വയംസംഭരണ/ മെഡിക്കൽ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ ക്യാന്റീൻ നടത്തിയതിന്റെ സാക്ഷ്യപത്രം ഉള്ളവർ ആയത് Upload ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. 18. ക്യാന്റീൻ നടത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള എല്ലാ ചെലവുകളും കരാറുകാരൻ വഹിക്കേ≠താണ്. മോഷണം, പൊള്ളൽ, തീപിടുത്തം, വൈദ്യുതാഘാതം എന്നിവമൂലം ക്യാന്റീൻ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് ജോലിസമയത്ത് ഉ≠ാകുന്ന യാതൊരു കഷ്ടനഷ്ടങ്ങൾക്കും ആശുപത്രി അധികൃതർ ഉത്തരവാദികൾ ആയിരിക്കില്ല.
19. ക്യാന്റീൻ നടത്തിപ്പിനല്ലാതെ മറ്റ് യാതൊരാവശ്യങ്ങൾക്കും അനുവദിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലം ഉപയോഗിച്ചുകൂടാ.
20. കരാറുകാരന് ക്യാന്റീൻ നടത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട അധികാര സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള നിയമപ്രകാരമുള്ള എല്ലാ ലൈസൻസുകളും ഉ≠ായിരിക്കേ≠താണ്.
21. ക്യാന്റീനിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന ഭക്ഷണം മെച്ചപ്പെട്ട ഗുണനിലവാരം ഉറപ്പ് വരുത്തേ≠തും ഇത്തരത്തി ലു≠ാകുന്ന യാതൊരു പരാതിയും ഭക്ഷണത്തിൽ മായം ചേർക്കുന്നതുൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള സംഭവങ്ങൾ ഉ≠ായാൽ സ്ഥാപനത്തെ കരിമ്പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തു ന്നതടക്കമുള്ള നടപടികൾ എടുക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
22. ആശുപത്രിയും പരിസരവും "ലഹരി വിമു‡ പ്രദേശം'' ആയതിനാൽ പുകവലി, മദ്യം, മറ്റ് ലഹരി വസ്തുക്കൾ എന്നിവയുടെ വിൽപ്പനയും ഉപയോഗവും നിരോധിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

24. ഉപഭോ‡ാക്കളും ആശുപത്രി ജീവനക്കാരും കാണത്തക്കവിധത്തിൽ Suggestion Box സ്ഥാപിക്കേ≠താണ്.
25. പാചകം ചെയ്യുന്ന സ്ഥലത്ത് Fire Extinguisher സ്ഥാപിക്കേ≠താണ്.
26. കരാറുകാരൻ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും കരാർ പൂർണ്ണമായോ ഭാഗികമായോ മറ്റൊരാൾക്ക് മാറ്റി നൽകുവാൻ പാടില്ല. ഇതിന് വിരുദ്ധമായി ബോധ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ ആശുപത്രിയുടെ ഭാഗത്ത് നിന്നും കരാറുകാരനെതിരായി കരാർ അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുന്നതടക്കമുള്ള നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
27. കരാറുകാരൻ കെ. എസ്. ഇ. ബി.-യുടെ നോട്ടീസ് പ്രകാരമുള്ള വൈദ്യുതി ചാർ÷് കൃത്യമായി കെ. എസ്. ഇ. ബി. ഓഫീസിൽ ഒടുക്കി രസീത് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.
28. ടെ≠ർ ഉറപ്പിച്ച് ലഭിക്കുന്ന കരാറുകാരൻ മൂന്ന് മാസത്തെ വാടക ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് മുഖേന സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റായി ആശുപത്രി വികസന സൊസൈറ്റി ഓഫീസിൽ അടച്ച് രസീത് വാങ്ങേ≠താണ്. പ്രതിമാസ വാടക എല്ലാ മാസവും അഞ്ചാം തീയതിക്ക് മുമ്പായി ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. പ്രതിമാസ വാടകയിനത്തിൽ കുടിശ്ശിഖ വന്നാൽ യാതൊരു അറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ കരാർ അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
29. മതിയായ കാരണത്താൽ ഒരു മാസത്തെ അറിയിപ്പ് നൽകിക്കൊ≠ും ഗുരുതരമായ കാര്യങ്ങളു≠ായാൽ ഉടനടി സ്ഥലവും നടത്തിപ്പ് അവകാശങ്ങളും തിരിച്ചെടുക്കുന്നതിനും സൂപ്ര≠ിന് പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരമു≠ായിരിക്കും.
30. അവധി ദിവസങ്ങൾ ഉൾപ്പെടെ എല്ലാ ദിവസവും ക്യാന്റീൻ പ്രവർത്തിപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. കുറഞ്ഞത് രാവിലെ 5.30 മുതൽ രാത്രി 9.30 വരെയെങ്കിലും ക്യാന്റീൻ പ്രവർത്തിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കണം.
31. ക്യാന്റീൻ ജീവനക്കാർ പ്രായപൂത്തിയായവരും ഈ രംഗത്ത് വൈദഗ്ദ്യമുള്ളവരുമായിരിക്കണം. ബാലവേല അനുവദിക്കുന്നതല്ല, ശ്രദ്ധയിൽപ്പെട്ടാൽ കരാർ അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
32. ക്യാന്റീൻ ജീവനക്കാരുടെ കാര്യത്തിൽ തൊഴിൽ നിയമം അനുശാസിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ ചട്ടങ്ങളും നിയമങ്ങളും, കാലാകാലങ്ങളിലു≠ാകുന്ന ഭേദഗതികളും കരാറുകാരൻ നിർബന്ധമായും പാലിക്കേ≠താണ്. ഇത്തരത്തി ലു≠ാകുന്ന തർക്കങ്ങൾക്ക് ആശുപത്രി അധികൃതർ കക്ഷികളാവുന്നതോ, ഉത്തരവാദികളാവുന്നതോ അല്ല.
33. തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെടുന്ന സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുമായുള്ള കരാർ, കരാർ ആരംഭിക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ ര≠് വർഷത്തേക്കോ പുതിയ ടെ≠ർ നിലവിൽ വരുന്നതുവ രെയോ ഏതാണോ അവസാനം അതുവരെയായിരിക്കും. എന്നിരുന്നാലും യാതൊരു മുന്നറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ കരാർ എപ്പോൾ വേണമെങ്കിലും അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുന്ന തിനുള്ള അധികാരം സൂപ്ര≠ിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.
34. ക്യാന്റീൻ നടത്തിപ്പുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് ആശുപത്രിക്ക് ഉ≠ാകുന്ന എല്ലാവിധ കഷ്ടനഷ്ടങ്ങൾക്കും കരാറുകാരൻ ഉത്തരവാദി ആയിരിക്കുന്നതും കരാറുകാരന് എതിരായി സിവിൽ/ക്രിമിനൽ നടപടികൾ കൈക്കൊള്ളുന്നതും റവന്യൂ റിക്കവറി നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും.
ഇ-ടെ≠റിനോടൊപ്പം ` 500-ന്റെ കേരള സ്റ്റാമ്പ് പേപ്പറിൽ പ്രാഥമിക സമ്മതപത്രം എഴുതി Upload ചെയ്യേ≠തും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന നിരക്കിന്റെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഓൺലൈനായി അടയ്ക്കേ≠തും അനുമതി ലഭിച്ച കരാറുകാരൻ ` 500-ന്റെ കേരള സ്റ്റാമ്പ് പേപ്പറിൽ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ അംഗീകരിച്ച് ക്യാന്റീൻ നടത്താമെന്നുള്ള സമ്മതപത്രം എഴുതി നൽകേ≠തുമാണ്.
എല്ലാ ഇ-ടെ≠റുകൾക്കും ബാധകമായ നിയമങ്ങൾ ഇതിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടില്ലെങ്കിൽ കൂടി ഇതിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

The Superintendent, Govt. T.D. Medical College Hospital, Alappuzha invites online competitive bid for providing service of running canteen for a period of two years which is situated in the ground floor of canteen building which comprises of a permanent building of 4500 Sq.ft and temporary extension area of approximate 800 Sq.ft in the back portion of the canteen building adjacent to the kitchen. The competitive bidders may be persons/agencies/contractors/co-operative societies/ kudumbasree preferably previous experience in this field. The contract will be awarded as per the below noted criteria.
1. Estimated cost of e-tender—` 1,34,64,000 (Rupees one crore thirty four lakh and sixty four thousand only).
2. Tender submission fee—` 20,200 + 18% GST ` 3,636 Total ` 23,836.
3. Mode of submission of tender—Tender should be submitted online in www.etenders.kerala.gov.in 4. Last date for e-Tender submission—5-2-2020.
5. e-Tender opening date—10-2-2020.
6. lndenting tenderers should be liable to pay GST against the rate quoted in e-tender in all stages of the deed. Moreover should remit Earnest Money Deposit equal to 1% of the rate quoted as canteen rent.
28th JAN. 2020] MEDICAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT 217. The service provider has to provide by himself all the furniture and utensils required for running of canteen at his own cost.
8. The service provider will be responsible for removing the food waste and other waste generated in the canteen from the hospital compound at his own cost. Mode of waste disposal should be detailed and uploaded in the e-tender. At any cost waste disposal will not be permitted in the hospital compound.
9. The cost of food items which can be served in the canteen and those rates which can be charged for public and hospital staff is appended separately. Any other food items meant for serving other than this list, such other items and such rates as may be settled by the Superintendent time to time.
10. The service provider should arrange separate dining area for hospital staff.
11. The service provider should display a price list of every item in a prominent place of canteen.
12. The canteen service provider is liable for serving food to patients and bystanders through various schemes introduced by the State/Central government time to time. The credit bill for the same should be submitted to the office not exceeding the 10th day of the coming month with sufficient documents.
13. The medium of cooking oil shall be vegetable oil and the food items supplied should ensure highest standard.
14. Water meant to serve for drinking and used for cooking should be treated by means of Reverse Osmosis.
15. The service provider should have all valid license issued by statutory authorities in Kerala. The documentary proof should be submitted within 30 days by the successful tenderers as detailed below:
(a) License issued by Food and Safety standard authority of India under FSS Act, 2006.
(b) Employees Provident Fund Registration Certificate
(c) Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESI) certificate
(d) GST registration certificate
(e) The bank account details (the firm or proprietor) which will be used in this transaction
(f) Income Tax department PAN card of the firm or proprietor should be attached.
16. The tenderer should not have been black listed by any government/public sector undertaking/ medical institution etc. The bidders should furnish an undertaking to this effect as per Annexure A attached to this duly signed and uploaded.
17. Satisfactory performance certificate for one year canteen service obtained from atleast one Government/ PSU/ Autonomous body/ Medical Institution during last three years. If so the documentary proof should be scanned and uploaded.
18. The service provider shall bear all expenses for running the canteen and the hospital shall not in any manner liable for any damage caused on incidents like theft, burn, fire, electric shock etc. or bear any compensation for damage or injury caused to the workmen during discharging of their duties.
19. The service provider shall not be entitled to use the allotted space for any other purpose other than running of canteen.
20. The service provider must possess all the requisite valid trade and food license issued by the competent authority.
21. There shall be no compromise on the quality of food supplied by the service provider. If any such incidents or food adulteration is found action will be taken including black listing the firm.
22. The hospital campus is "tobacco and alcohol free zone" hence sale and the use of tobacco and alcohol is strictly prohibited in canteen area.
23. Surprise inspection will be conducted by officers / inspection team constituted by superintendent.
24. Suggestion box should be made available to customers of canteen at an accessable area.
25. Fire extinguisher must be kept in the cooking area.
26. The contract assigned by the bidder shall not be let either in full or in partial to others under any circumstances. If anything is found to the contrarary action as deemed fit will be initiated against the contractor including cancellation of the contract.
27. The contractor should remit the electricity charge as per the notice issued by the KSEB authorities and a copy of the payment receipt should be submitted to this office.
28. The service provider for whom the tender is awarded should remit three months rent in advance by way of demand draft as security deposit. The receipt for the same will be issued from the HDS office. Monthly rent must be remitted before 5th day of every month by way of demand draft in the name of superintendent, GTDMCH Alappuzha. There shall no compromise for delay in the payment of monthly rent and occurrence if any, the contract shall be cancelled without further notice.
22 KERALA GAZETTE [PART III29. In case of any default by the service provider the Superintendent has the right to terminate the contract by giving one month notice and immediate action will be taken to terminate the contract in case of any serious valid reason without giving previous notice.
30. The canteen will run on all days including Sundays and Holidays and shall remain open atleast 5.30 am to 9.30 pm.
31. The service provider must employee adult and skilled labourer only. Employment of child labour will leave to the termination of contract.
32. The service provider shall be deemed responsible all applicable acts and rules related to the labour law as amended from time to time. The hospital authorities shall not be a party to any dispute.
33. The period of contract will be two years from the date of execution of agreement or till the new tender is inforce or termination of existing contract whichever is last. Eventhough the Superintendent has the right to cancel the agreement without further notice.
e-tender should be accompanied by a preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 500 and should remit Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of the rate quoted as monthly rent.
The successful tenderers should remit three months rent in advance as security deposit and should submit an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 500.
The rules applicable to all e-Tenders will be applicable to this e-Tender also eventhough it is not mentioned in it.

34. The service provider shall be liable for any damage or loss caused to hospital. Occurrence if any Civil / Criminal procedures will be initiated. If any amount found to be liable the hospital authorities have the right to recover such amount from the contractor as per the provisions of Revenue Recovery Act.
