Competitive e-tenders are invited from manufacturers and authorized suppliers under "Two Cover System" for purchase of Medicines for the use of Multi Speciality Veterinary Hospital, Kudappanakkunnu.
First Cover (Cover A-Technical) will have following enclosures:
1. The leaflets, illustrated catalogs, if any of the medicine/equipment/instrument quoted shall be uploaded along with tender.
2. The item should be available in the local market, of latest standards should have minimum 75% shelf life left under prescribed storage condition at the time of supply.
3. The rates quoted should be in Indian rupee only and should be inclusive of all taxes, duties, cess etc. 4. Offers of conditional supply will not be considered.
5. All offers should be from ready stock in the original packing of the manufacturer.
6. Packing and containers of drugs shall be as prescribed in pharmacopeias or drugs and cosmetics Rules 1945. Containers made of good plastics must be used for those items which are to be supplied in plastic containers. Tablets and boli are to be supplied in strips or blister packs.

Literature showing the composition of the medicine and details of dosage schedule recommended by the manufacturer should be given along with the tender. Change in the specification of the medicine, unit of packing etc. will not be accepted after placing supply orders.
8. The bidder has to furnish Security Deposit of 5% of the contract value which shall be-released only after satisfactory completion of the contract.
9. The rates should be for delivery F. O. R. at MSVH, Thiruvananthapuram.
10. Ex-go down rates and F. O. R. station of Dispatch rates offered by the firms are not acceptable and such tenders will be summarily rejected.
11. The quantities specified in the schedule are only approximate and they may vary according to actual needs and availability of funds.
12. The successful bidders should complete all supplies within the stipulated time stated in the supply orders. No extension of supply period will be granted.
13. The non-availability of raw materials, price hike of raw materials, transportation problems etc. will not be accepted as reasons for non-supply, late supply or incomplete supply.
14. The rates should be quoted in Indian Currency, and payment will be made in Indian Currency only.
15. The Deputy Director, Multi Speciality Veterinary Hospital Kudappanakunnu-4; Thiruvananthapuram reserves all rights to cancel the tender without assigning any reason thereof.
16. The only jurisdiction for any dispute regarding this purchase will be at Thiruvananthapuram.
17. The photocopies of the documents produced along with the tender should be attested by a Gazetted Officer.
The Affidavit and preliminary agreement furnished in Kerala Stamp Paper have to be notarized by Notary Public, failing in which the bid stands liable for rejection.
18. If the date scheduled for opening of tender is declared as holiday, tenders will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
l9. The firms participating in the tender should have a turnover of more than 2 crore per annum. Turnover Certificate from Chartered Accountant should be furnished.
20. The company should have a market presence of 5 years and at least 3 years in Kerala. (Documents should be attached).
21. The Deputy Director, Multi Speciality Veterinary Hospital Kudappanakunnu, Thiruvananthapuram reserves the right to delete or waive any of the above special conditions.
22. Attested copy of GST Certificate.
23. Copy of ISO or equivalent certificate if any (for manufacturers).
24. Original tender form duly signed by authorized signatory.
25. Preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200.
26. An affidavit in stamp paper worth ` 200 notarized by a notary public of either the place where the person making the affidavit is residing, or of Thiruvananthapuram.
27. A covering letter with Name, Address, Pin code, Telephone/Fax No., Email address and other details of the firm with the list of enclosures to be specified and addressed to the Deputy Director, Multi Speciality Veterinary Hospital, Kudappanakkunnu, Thiruvananthapuram.
28. All the information in the tender document must be supported by product data sheets (original copy).
All information asked must be provided under heading given in specification. Incomplete and haphazard information will not be accepted.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the Supply of Chemicals, Glass wares & Lab items for College Departments and Drug Standardisation Unit, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram.
PAC—` 2,50,000.
The envelopes containing tenders should bear the superscription " Supply of Chemicals, Glasswares & Lab items for College Departments and Drug Standardisation Unit, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram'' addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram. The last date of the receipt of tenders will be at 3 p. m. on 6-2-2020. The late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on 6-2-2020 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram to obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by cash remittance of ` 900. [Original GST Chalan for ` 108 (SGST-54 & CGST-54) should be submitted for obtaining tender form], which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p. m. on 5-2-2020. Cheque, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms. Those who wish to purchase tender forms by post shall send an additional amount of ` 50 by money order to cover postal charges. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at ` 450.
Intending tenderers should submit an amount of 1% of the quoted amount as Earnest Money Deposit (Minimum ` 1,500) by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200. The rate quoted shall remain firm for acceptance till one year from the date of acceptance. The Principal, Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram will have powers to postpone/cancel the tender. If Government have declared 6-2-2020 as a public holiday, the tender will be opened at the same time on next working day. Further details can be had from the office during office time.

7. As part of the avoid the use of plastic pouch bread should be supplied in the butter paper. If the supplier is not willing to supply in butter paper the empty plastic pouches should be removed from the hospital at your own cost.
The tenders should be accompanied by an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 and Earnest Money Deposit of 1% of the estimated cost ie., ` 21,000 and solvency certificate issued by the Tahsildar on or before 1-12-2019.
