G.O. (Rt.) No. 1599/2019/LBR.
Thiruvananthapuram, 24th December 2019.
Sub:—Industrial Dispute between the management of Group Mukkadan and Sri M. Sadanandan— Referred for adjudication—G.O. amended— Orders issued.
Read:—1. G. O. (Rt.) No. 1420/2016/LBR dated 17-11-2016.
2. Representation dated 5-11-2018 from Sri M. Sadanandan.
3. Letter No. IR (1) 1046/2019 dated 9-10-2017 from the Labour Commissioner.
As per Government Order read as 1st paper above Government reffered an Industrial Dispute between the management of Group Mukkadan and Sri M. Sadanandan to the Labour Court, Kozhikode for adjudication.
As per the letter read as 2nd paper above the petitioner Sri M. Sadanandan S/o Govindan Nair, Gokulam Veedu, Cheruvalath Paramb, Chevayyor P. O., Kozhikode has requested to implead M/s Asian Paints Ltd., 5/585 A, Opposite Teachers Training Centre, Kottaram Jn., East Nadakkavu, Calicut-11 as the supplimental Management No. 3 in the above Government order read as 1st paper above.
As per the letter read as 3rd paper above the Labour Commissioner has recommended the proposal.
Government have examined the matter in detail and in excercise of Powers conferred by Section 10(5) of the Industrial Dispute Act of 1947 the Government hereby directed to implead M/s Asian Paints Ltd., 5/585 A, Opposite Teachers Training Centre, Kottaram Jn., East Nadakkavu, Calicut-11 as the supplemental Management No. 3 in this dispute.
The Government Order read above will stand amended to the above effect.
