It is hereby notified that the unclaimed property shown in the schedule below has been produced in this court by the Sub Inspector of Police, Badiadukka for disposal. Persons who have claims over the property mentioned in the schedule may appear before the undersigned within three (3) months from the date of publication of the notification and prefer claims. If no claimants turn up within the stipulated time, the property will be forfeited to the Government and disposed off under the provisions contained in the Kerala Escheats and Forfeitures Act and rules in force.

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public that the property described in the schedule below has been confiscated to Government as unclaimed property and kept in Manjeshwar Police Station will be sold in public auction by the Sub Divisional Magistrate and Revenue Divisional Officer, Kasaragod at 11.00 a.m. on 15-2-2020 from Revenue Divisional Office, Kasaragod.
The highest bidder will have to pay the full amount and GST on the spot at the close of auction. The rules relating to public auction conducted by the Government are binding in this case. The property described in the schedule can be inspected from the Manjeshwar Police Station during any working days prior to the date fixed for auction sale.
