മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ആർക്കെങ്കിലും കിട്ടിയിട്ടു≠െങ്കിൽ അത് സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളർ, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-40 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയച്ചുതരുവാൻ താല്പര്യപ്പെടുന്നു.

പുതിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കൊടുക്കുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും പരാതി ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ പരസ്യ തീയതി മുതൽ ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളറെ രേഖാമൂലം അറിയിക്കേ≠താണ്.

തൃശ്ശൂർ മഹാരാജാസ് ടെക്നോളജിക്കൽ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ടിന്റെ വർക്ക്ഷോപ്പിലെ വിവിധ മെഷീനുകളുടെ അറ്റകുറ്റപ്പണികൾ നടത്തി പ്രവർത്തന സ÷മാക്കുവാൻ താൽപര്യമുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു.

ദർഘാസ് വില പണമായിട്ടോ മണിയോർഡർ ആയിട്ടോ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. ദർഘാസുകൾ എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും 10 മണി മുതൽ 3 മണി വരെയുള്ള സമയങ്ങളിൽ ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്.

കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ ഒൗദ്യോഗിക വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ നിന്നും ടെ≠ർ ഫോറങ്ങൾ ഡൗൺലോഡ് ചെയ്ത് ഉപയോഗി ക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ബാങ്കിൽനിന്നും എടുത്ത ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി ടെ≠റിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പി ക്കേ≠താണ്. ടെ≠ർ രേഖകൾ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ, തീയതി എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, മഹാരാജാസ് ടെക്നോളജിക്കൽ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട്, തൃശ്ശൂർ, ചെമ്പുക്കാവ്-680 020 എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഒറിജിനൽ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം ആകെ അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ` 220 വിലയുള്ള കേരള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ പത്രവും ഉ≠ായിരിക്കേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ ആറുമാസം വരെ വില നിരക്കിൽ പ്രാബല്യം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ്.

PAC Amount—` 1,10,000.

Cost of tender form inclusive of GST:

Last date and time of receipt of duly filled tender—

Cost of tender form should be remitted either in cash or by Money Order. Tender forms can be obtained from the Principal, Maharaja's Technological Institute, Thrissur from 10 a. m. to 3 p. m. on all working days.

Tender forms are not transferable. Cheques, Drafts etc., will not be accepted as the price of tender form.

Tender form should be enclosed with EMD, which is 1% of PAC amount and an initial agreement to be signed in the Kerala Stamp Paper worth of ` 200. Tender without EMD and agreement will be rejected unconditionally.

Duly filled tender with all enclosure and superscribed with tender number and date, on cover should be addressed to Principal, Maharaja's Technological Institute, Thrissur. The details of equipments will be obtained along with the tender form.

ശ്രീകൃഷ്ണപുരം സർക്കാർ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് കോളേജിലെ കേടുവന്ന ഫർണിച്ചറുകൾ ശരിയാക്കുന്നതിന് വേ≠ി താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

ദർഘാസുകൾ തപാലിൽ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ` 502 മണിയോർഡർ ആയി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, സർക്കാർ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് കോളേജ്, മണ്ണമ്പറ്റ പി. ഒ., ശ്രീകൃഷ്ണപുരം, പാലക്കാട്-678 633 എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില്പന 10-2-2020, 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ചെക്കുകൾ, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവയായും വി.പി.പി.

ആയും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ദർഘാസ് ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ` 226 കൂടി ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.

ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തോടൊപ്പം ` 220-ന്റെ കേരള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള പ്രാഥമിക സമ്മതപത്രവും ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് ആയി ` 1,500 നിരതദ്രവ്യവും സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the repair of furniture's to the Government Engineering College, Sreekrishnapuram. The envelopes containing the tender should bear the supescription "Tender for the repair of furniture's" and should be addressed to The Principal, TEQIP-II Office, Government Engineering College, Sreekrishnapuram, Mannampatta P. O., Palakkad, Kerala - 678 633. Last date for receipt of tenders will be 10-2-2020, 2 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted.

PAC—` 1,31,200.

The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on 11-2-2020, in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Engineering College, Sreekrishnapuram, Mannampatta P. O., Palakkad, Kerala- 678 633 (Ph. 0466 2260350/565) obtain the requiste tender forms on which tenders should be submitted.

Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 452 (Postal charge ` 50) which is the price fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p. m. on 10-2-2020. Last date and time of receipt of tender will be at 2 p. m. on 10-2-2020.

Cheques, Postage Stamps, etc., will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms, nor will the forms be sent per V. P. P. Duplicate tender form, if required will be issued at ` 226 per copy.

EMD for an amount of ` 1,500 only should be submitted along with the tender by way of D.D. drawn from a Nationalized Bank in favour of Principal, Govt. Engg. College, Sreekrishnapuram. Preliminary Agreement prepared in Kerala Stamp Paper ` 220 should be submitted along with the tender form.
