The High Court of Kerala hereby declares under Rule 11 of the Kerala Judicial Service Rules, 1991 read with Rule 20(b) of the Kerala State and Subordinate Services Rules, 1958 that the probation of the officers mentioned in column No. 2 is extended for the period noted against their name in column No. 3 and have satisfactorily completed their period of probation in the category of Munsiff-Magistrate on the dates mentioned in column No. 4 (1) (2) (3) (4) No. B4(A)-113479/2018. 10th January 2020.

In exercise of the powers conferred by the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court of Kerala hereby:

In exercise of powers conferred upon by Section 14(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Central Act 2 of 1974), the undersigned do hereby defines the areas as noted below in Column No. 2 within which the designated officer mentioned in Column No.1 of the schedule may exercise all the powers provided by law or any powers within which he/she has been invested by the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala.

(This does not form part of the notification but is intended to indicate its general purport.) As per Government Order read as 1st paper above, Government have accorded administrative sanction for a new Police Station at Kannanalloor with Jurisdiction over local areas specified in schedule A of the said Government Order. As per the Official Memorandum read as 2nd above, Hon'ble High Court has intimated that the proposal to vest the territorial jurisdiction over the newly formed Kannanalloor Police Station with the Court of Judicial Magistrate of I Class-II, Kottarakara is under consideration of the Hon'ble High Court and directed this court to take steps to vest the jurisdiction over the said Police station with the Court of Judicial Magistrate of I Class-II, Kottarakara as an interim measure, till a final decision in this regard is arrived from the Hon'ble High Court.

Accordingly Notification read as 3rd paper above was issued. Now the Hon'ble High Court has considered the matter in detail and decided to vest the jurisdiction over the said Police station with the Court of Judicial Magistrate of I Class-II, Kottarakara and directed this court vide O.M read as 4th above to issue notification in this regard.

This notification is intended to achieve the above object.

കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പള്ളി ജുഡീഷ്യൽ ഒന്നാം ക്ലാസ് മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതി-1-ൽ തീർപ്പുകൽപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ട വിവിധ കേസുകളിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട താഴെ വിവരിക്കുന്ന വാഹനങ്ങൾ പരസ്യലേലം വഴി വിറ്റഴിക്കാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ടി വാഹനങ്ങൾ സംബന്ധിച്ച് ആർക്കെങ്കിലും എന്തങ്കിലും അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ സ്ഥിരീകരിക്കുന്ന രേഖകളുമായി അവ വിട്ടുകിട്ടുന്നതിനുള്ള നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കേ≠താണെന്ന് ഇതിനാൽ അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം മറ്റൊരു അറിയിപ്പ് കൂടാതെ ടി വാഹനങ്ങൾ ലേലം ചെയ്ത് തുക സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് ക≠ുകെട്ടുന്നതാണ്.
