വിഷയം:— ന്യായവില രജിസ്റ്ററിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടാതെ പോയ ഭൂമി കൂടി ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത്—ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

സൂചന:—(1) കേരള സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ആക്ട് 1959 സെക്ഷൻ 28എ (fixation of fair value of land) ചട്ടം 3 (7), ചട്ടം (4). (2) കൊല്ലം താലൂക്കിൽ, കൊല്ലം വെസ്റ്റ് വില്ലേജിൽ, കൈക്കുളങ്ങര ചേരിയിൽ, കല്ലേലിവയൽ പുരയിടത്തിൽ ശ്രീമതി സിബിൾ, ശ്രീ. സോളമൻ എന്നിവർ സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ.

(3) കൊല്ലം എൽ. ആർ. തഹശീൽദാരുടെ 18-11-2017, 15-5-2018, 5-12-2018 എന്നീ തീയതികളിലെ ബി. 18.24420/17 നമ്പർ റിപ്പോർട്ടുകൾ.

2010 മാർച്ച് മാസം 6-ാം തീയതിയിലെ അസാധാരണ ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപനപ്രകാരം നിലവിൽവന്ന ന്യായവില രജിസ്റ്ററിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടാതെപോയ താഴെ പറയുന്ന സർവ്വെ നമ്പരുകളിൽപ്പെട്ട വസ്തുക്കൾക്ക് സൂചന റിപ്പോർട്ടുകളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ കേരള സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ആക്ട്, സെക്ഷൻ 28 എ പ്രകാരം ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയിച്ച് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

2010 മാർച്ച് മാസം 6-ാം തീയതിയിലെ അസാധാരണ ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപന പ്രകാരം നിലവിൽ വന്ന ന്യായവില രജിസ്റ്ററിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്താതെ പോയ താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന സർവ്വെ നമ്പരിൽപ്പെട്ട വസ്തുക്കൾക്ക് സൂചന റിപ്പോർട്ടിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ കേരള സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ആക്ട് സെക്ഷൻ 28എ പ്രകാരം ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയിച്ച് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.
