കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേ≠ി താഴെ പറയുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തിക്കായി പരിചയസമ്പന്നരായ കരാറുകാരിൽനിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച മത്സര സ്വഭാവമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു.
ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ—14/2019-20.
പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ സ്വഭാവവും അടങ്കൽ തുകയും—
കൊടുവള്ളി മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റിയിലെ കരീറ്റിപറമ്പ് 12-ാം ഡിവിഷനിൽ നൂഞ്ഞിക്കര പ്രദേശത്തെ പൂവ്വറമല കോളനിയിൽ നാലര ഇഞ്ച് വ്യാസമുള്ള കുഴൽക്കിണർ നിർമ്മിക്കുന്ന ജോലി—` 42,330.
നിരതദ്രവ്യം—` 1,100.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില—` 500 + 12% ജി.എസ്.ടി.
പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ കാലാവധി—7 ദിവസം.
ടെ≠ർ ഫോറങ്ങൾ ഭൂജലവകുപ്പിന്റെ കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലാ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 25-2-2020-ാം തീയതി രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ 28-2-2020-ാം തീയതി പകൽ 1 മണി വരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ലഭിക്കേ≠ അവസാന തീയതി 28-2-2020 പകൽ 3 മണി വരെ. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം പകൽ 3.30-ന് ഹാജരായ കരാറുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതാണ്. അവിചാരിതമായി ചില കാരണങ്ങളാൽ ടെ≠ർ മാറ്റിവെക്കേ≠തു≠െങ്കിൽ അതിന്റെ പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം ജില്ലാ ഓഫീസറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും. വിശദ വിവരങ്ങൾ ജില്ലാ ഓഫീസ്, ഭൂജല വകുപ്പ്, കോഴിക്കോടിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
കുറിപ്പ്:—(1) അതാത് ഏജൻസികൾ പ്രവൃത്തി ഏറ്റെടുക്കുന്നതിന് മുൻപായി കുഴൽക്കിണർ നിർമ്മിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലം സന്ദർശിച്ച ്റോഡ് സൗകര്യം ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തേ≠താണ്.
(2) പ്രവൃത്തി ഏറ്റെടുക്കുന്ന കരാറുകാർ, ഭൂജലവകുപ്പിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള ഡ്രില്ലിംഗ് റിഗ്ഗുകൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് മാത്രമേ പ്രവൃത്തി നടത്തുവാൻ പാടുള്ളൂ.

The District Officer, Groundwater Department, Kozhikode, for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala invites online bids from the registered bidders of Kerala PWD/Irrigation/KWA/Other Government Institutions for the following work "Implementation of Mini Water Supply Scheme at Mavilampadi (Muthuvath) Ward No.13 in Balussery Grama Panchayath" under Groundwater based Drinking Water Scheme 2019-20.

Estimated Cost of Work (P.A.C)—` 6,98,690.
Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)—` 17,500 (e-Payment only).
Tender Submission Fee—` 1,845 (Including GST @ 18% + Flood Cess @ 1%) (e-Payment only).
Period of Completion—30 (Fifty) days.

If the tender opening date happens to be on a holiday or non-working day due to any other valid reason, the tender opening process will be done on the next working day at the same time and place. Tenders received online and copy/originals received by speed post (except bid), without the necessary documents mentioned above will not be considered and shall be summarily rejected. Percentage rate contract is adopted for this tender. Quoted Percentage of total estimate amount or PAC in the schedule or B.O.Q will be considered.
Further details can be had from the Office of the District Officer, Groundwater Department, Civil Station P. O., Kozhikode-673 020 during working hours. The undersigned reserves the right to reject the tender submitted by the tenderer without assigning any reason.The firm period of the tenders shall be 90 days from the due date of submission of bid. The bidder is advised to submit the bids well before the stipulated date & time to avoid any kind of network issues, traffic congestion, etc. in this regard, the department shall not be responsible for any kind of such issues faced by bidder. All other existing conditions related to the tenders of Kerala PWD/Irrigation Department will be applicable in this tender also.
