2020 ജനുവരി 21. 6-3-2010-ാം തീയതിയിലെ 515-ാം നമ്പർ കേരള അസാധാരണ ഗസറ്റ് പ്രകാരം തൃശ്ശൂർ ജില്ലയിലെ തൃശ്ശൂർ താലൂക്കിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട ഭൂമികളുടെ ന്യായവില സർക്കാർ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. എന്നാൽ ടി താലൂക്കിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട വിവിധ വില്ലേജുകളിലെ ഏതാനും സർവ്വെനമ്പരുകളിൽപ്പെട്ട സ്വകാര്യഭൂമികൾ സർക്കാർ ഭൂമി എന്ന് തെറ്റായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി വില നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും ചില സർവ്വേ/സബ് ഡിവിഷനുകൾക്ക് ന്യായവില നി›യിക്കാൻ വിട്ടുപോയിട്ടുള്ളതും ചില ഭൂമികളുടെ ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷൻ തെറ്റായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി വില നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും ആണ്. ഇപ്രകാരമുള്ള ഭൂമികൾക്ക് ന്യായവില നി›യിക്കുന്നതിന് ഭൂമിയുടെ കൈവശക്കാർ സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷയിൽ തൃശ്ശൂർ ഭൂരേഖ തഹശീൽദാരുടെ അന്വേഷണ റിപ്പോർട്ട് പ്രകാരം ന്യായവില നി›യിച്ച് ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ഉത്തരവായിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. ടി സർവ്വേ/സബ് ഡിവിഷനുകളിൽപ്പെട്ട ഭൂമികൾക്ക് പുതുക്കി നി›യിച്ച ന്യായവില താഴെ പറയുന്ന ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷനുകൾ പ്രകാരം തിരുത്തിവായിക്കേ≠താണ്.

NOTIFICATIONS
Whereas, it is expedient to publish the fair value of the land as required under Section 28A of the Kerala Stamp Act, 1959 read with Rule 4 of the Kerala Stamp (Fixation of Fair Value of Land) Rules, 1995.
Now, therefore, it is hereby made known to the public that the fair value fixed for the land mentioned against each Serial Numbers in respect of the land situated in the Survey/Re-survey Numbers of the Village and Taluk mentioned against each, shall be as shown against it in Column (11) thereof.

2020 ജനുവരി 21. 6-3-2010-ാം തീയതിയിലെ 515-ാം നമ്പർ കേരള അസാധാരണ ഗസറ്റ് പ്രകാരം തൃശ്ശൂർ ജില്ലയിലെ തലപ്പിള്ളി താലൂക്കിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട ഭൂമികളുടെ ന്യായവില സർക്കാർ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. എന്നാൽ ടി താലൂക്കിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട വിവിധ വില്ലേജുകളിലെ ഏതാനും സർവ്വെ നമ്പരുകളിൽപ്പെട്ട സ്വകാര്യഭൂമികൾ സർക്കാർ ഭൂമി എന്ന് തെറ്റായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി വില നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും ചില സർവ്വെ/സബ് ഡിവിഷനുകൾക്ക് ന്യായവില നി›യിക്കുവാൻ വിട്ടുപോയിട്ടുള്ളതും ചില ഭൂമികളുടെ ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷൻ തെറ്റായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി വില നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും ആണ്. ഇപ്രകാരം ഉള്ള ഭൂമികൾക്ക് ന്യായവില നി›യിക്കുന്നതിന് ഭൂമിയുടെ കൈവശക്കാർ സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷയി∑േൽ തലപ്പിള്ളി ഭൂരേഖ തഹശീൽദാരുടെ അന്വേഷണ റിപ്പോർട്ട് പ്രകാരം ന്യായവില നി›യിച്ച് ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ഉത്തരവായിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. ടി സർവ്വെ/സബ് ഡിവിഷനുകളിൽപ്പെട്ട ഭൂമികൾക്ക് പുതുക്കി നി›യിച്ച ന്യായവില താഴെ പറയുന്ന ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷനുകൾ പ്രകാരം തിരുത്തി വായിക്കേ≠താണ്.

Whereas, it is expedient to publish the fair value of land as required under section 28 A of the Kerala Stamp Act, 1959 read with rule 4 of the Kerala Stamp (Fixation for Fair Value of Land) Rules, 1995;
