ടി വാഹനം ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണത്താൽ വിൽക്കാതിരിയ്ക്കാനുള്ള അധികാരം അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് കൺസർവേറ്റർ ഓഫ് ഫോറസ്റ്റ്, സോഷ്യൽ ഫോറസ്ട്രി ഡിവിഷൻ, കൊല്ലത്തിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും. ലേലം ചെയ്യുന്ന വാഹനത്തിന്റെ നിരതദ്രവ്യം (EMD) ലേല ദിവസത്തിന് തൊട്ടുമുൻപുള്ള ദിവസം വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി അടച്ചിരിയ്ക്കണം. ഈ തുക അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് കൺസർവേറ്റർ ഓഫ് ഫോറസ്റ്റ്, സോഷ്യൽ ഫോറസ്ട്രി ഡിവിഷൻ, കൊല്ലത്തിന്റെ പേരിൽ ഓൺലൈൻ ആയി അടയ്ക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടയ്ക്കുമ്പോൾ ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നയാളിന്റെ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ നമ്പരും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം. MSTC കമ്പനിയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത് നിരതദ്രവ്യം മുൻകൂർ അടയ്ക്കുന്ന ലേലക്കാർക്ക് മാത്രമേ ഇ-ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ സാധിക്കുകയുള്ളു.

1. ഈ ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ വാഹനം കൊല്ലം സോഷ്യൽ ഫോറസ്ട്രി അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ഫോറസ്റ്റ് കൺസർവേറ്ററുടെ അനുവാദത്തോടെ ആഫീസ് സമയത്ത് പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്നതും സാധന സാമഗ്രികളുടെ ഗുണനിലവാരം ബോദ്ധ്യപ്പെടാവുന്നതാണ്. വാഹനത്തിന്റെ ഗുണനിലവാരം സംബന്ധിച്ച് പിന്നീടു≠ാകുന്ന പരാതികൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

2. ലേലം സംബന്ധിച്ച് വനം വകുപ്പിൽ നിലവിലുള്ള പൊതുനിയമങ്ങളും മറ്റ് നടപടി ക്രമങ്ങളും ഈ ലേലത്തിന് ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

3. ലേലം സംബന്ധിച്ച് MSTC പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള പൊതുനിയമങ്ങളും മറ്റ് നടപടി ക്രമങ്ങളും ഈ ലേലത്തിന് ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

4. വിജയിയായ ലേലക്കാരൻ ലേല തുകയുടെ 35% തുക ലേല സ്ഥിരീകരണ അറിയിപ്പ് ലഭിച്ച് 7 (ഏഴ്) പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങൾക്കകം അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ടി തുക കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ ഇ-ട്രഷറി സംവിധാനം മുഖേനയോ കൊല്ലം സബ്ട്രഷറിയിൽ ചെല്ലാൻ മുഖാന്തിരമോ അടയ്ക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

5. ഈ ലേല നിബന്ധനകളിൽ പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ ചീഫ് കൺസർവേറ്റർ (FB&A) തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഏതെങ്കിലും ഭേദഗതിയോ മാറ്റമോ വരുത്തിയാൽ ആയത് ഈ ലേലത്തിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

It is hereby notified for the general information of the public that the sale of old and unserviceable vehicle KL 01 V 1581 kept in the Compound of District Forestry Extention Information Centre, Kottarakkara will be put forth for e-auction on 13-3-2020 (Alternate date 24-3-2020). Those who have registered as bidders in MSTC can participate in the e-auction. Details of e-auction sale will be available from the website of MSTC www.mstcecommerce.com or shall be available from this office (Phone No. 0474-2748976).

Place where the articles are located—DFEIC, Kottarakkara (District Forestry Extention Information Centre,

The undersigned reserves the right to alter or to cancel the e-auction of the vehicle without further notice. EMD amount of ` 20,000 can be remitted through e-treasury to the Assistant Conservator of Forests, Social Forestry Division, Kollam upto 4 p.m. on the previous day of the e-auction. The bidder registration number has to be mentioned while remitting the EMD. Only the registered bidders who will submit the EMD will be permitted to participate in the e-auction.

Conditions

1. The intending bidders should satisfy themselves about the condition of the vehicle put up for e-auction. The vehicle can be inspected with the prior permission of the Assistant Conservator of Forests, Social Forestry Division, Kollam and no complaints will be entertained after the e-auction.

2. All the conditions of e-auction in Forest Department prevailing at the time will be applicable to this e-auction also.

3. All the conditions and procedures of e-auction issued by MSTC from time to time will be applicable to this e-auction also.

4. The successful bidder should pay 35% of the bid value after adjusting the EMD already remitted, within 7 working days on receipt of confirmation of the e-auction. The mode of payment is through e-treasury of Government of Kerala or through Treasury Challan.

5. If any modifications or changes in the conditions of e-auction if intimated by the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, (FB&A) Thiruvananthapuram will also be applicable to this e-auction.

1. വിൽപ്പനയ്ക്ക് വച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന വാഹനങ്ങളുടെ നിലവിലെ അവസ്ഥ ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാനാഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി റെയിഞ്ച് ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസറുടെ അനുവാദത്തോടുകൂടി വാഹനങ്ങൾ പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ശേഷമുള്ള പരാതികൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

2. വാഹനങ്ങളുടെ ആർ.സി. ബുക്ക് ലഭ്യമല്ലെങ്കിൽ ലേലക്കാരൻ സ്വന്തം നിലയ്ക്ക് ആയതിന്റെ ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് എടുക്കേ≠താണ്.

2. If the RC book of the vehicle is not available, the bidder himself has to obtain the duplicate RC Book at his own cost.

3. All the norms and conditions specified in the Govt. Order vide No. GO (Ms.) 212/15/Fin. dtd. 5-6-2015 and other relevant prevailing rules at the time will be applicable to this e-auction also.

4. All the conditions and procedures of e-auction concerned with the sale of codemned vehicles issued by MSTC from time to time will be applicable to this auction also.

If any modification or changes in the conditions of e-auction are intimated by the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Protection), Thiruvananthapuram that will also be applicable to this e-auction and will be informed to the bidder before e-auction. മേൽ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളവയിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും വാഹനം വിൽക്കാതിരിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അധികാരം നെ∑ാറ ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും. ഇ-ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന വ്യ‡ികൾ എം.എസ്.റ്റി.സി.-യിൽ പേര് രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നയാളിന്റെ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ നമ്പർ, നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടയ്ക്കുമ്പോൾ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം. നിരതദ്രവ്യം മുൻകൂർ അടയ്ക്കുന്ന ലേലക്കാരന് മാത്രമേ ഇ-ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ സാധിക്കുകയുള്ളു.

If the sale value of vehicles is not paid within the specified time period against any of the bid lot by the H1 bidder, the EMD will be forfeited.

The successful bidder, Should remit 50% of the bid value after adjusting the EMD already remitted within 7 working days of issuance of acceptance letter. The mode of payment is through e-treasury of Government of Kerala or by cash in Sub Treasury, Kollengode. The successful bidder should pay the GST as per rules.

3. ലേലം സംബന്ധിച്ച് വനംവകുപ്പിൽ നിലവിലുള്ള പൊതു നിയമങ്ങളും മറ്റ് നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ലേലത്തിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.
