,, 41 5 സന്തോഷ്, പി. ജെ. മകൻ 38 മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞവരാണ് പരേതന്റെ അവകാശികളെന്നുള്ളതിന് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കൊടുക്കുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ഈ പരസ്യം ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തി 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ രേഖാമൂലം വെള്ളരിക്കു≠് തഹശീൽദാർ മുമ്പാകെ ഹാജരാകേ≠താണ്. കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞോ തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗമായോ വരുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

ERRATUM NOTICE

It is hereby notified that a notification regarding the issue of legal heirship certificate in respect of (L) K. Laxminarayana @ Mari Bhat s/o Krishna Bhat, 'Sharada Shree Sadana', Kanvatheertha, Kunjathur Village of Manjeshwaram Taluk has been published in the Kerala Gazette No. 41 dated 15-10-2019 as per reference No. C2-9029/2019 dated 22-7-2019 (Page No. 9366). There are nine numbers of legal heirs to the deceased.
In the above notification the names of serial No. 1 and Serial No. 8 are misentered as 'Ramakrishna, K. and Ramachandra Bhat' respectively instead of 'Radhakrishna, K. and Ramananda Bhat' due to clerical error. Therefore, the names of Sl. No. 1 and Sl. No. 8 are to be read as follows :
Sl. No. 1 Radhakrishna, K. 67 years - Son Sl. No. 8 Ramananda Bhat 49 years - Son All the details and conditions already published in the above Gazette are correct and remains unchanged.
