2010 മാർച്ച് മാസം 6-ാം തീയതിയിലെ അസാധാരണ ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപനപ്രകാരം നിലവിൽവന്ന ന്യായവില രജിസ്റ്ററിൽ 'ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഭൂമി' എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി വന്ന താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന സർവ്വെ നമ്പരിൽപ്പെട്ട വസ്തുവിന് സൂചന റിപ്പോർട്ടിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ കേരള മുദ്രപത്രനിയമം സെക്ഷൻ 28എ പ്രകാരം ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയിച്ച് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.
