തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലാ മാനസികാരോഗ്യ പരിപാടിയുടെ കീഴിൽ കൊല്ലയിൽ ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തിലെ പകൽവീട് പ്രോജക്ടിലേക്ക് കിലോമീറ്റർ നിരക്കിൽ ഒരു വർഷത്തേക്ക് കരാർ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ വ≠ി വാടകയ്ക്കെടു ക്കുന്നതിലേക്കായി സ്വകാര്യ വാഹന ഉടമകളിൽ നിന്ന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
വാഹനത്തിന്റെ വിവരം
1. ചുരുങ്ങിയത് 16-19 പേർക്ക് ഇരിക്കാവുന്നതായിരിക്കണം.
2. നല്ല റണ്ണിംഗ് ക≠ീഷനിൽ ഉള്ളതായിരിക്കണം.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോമിന്റെ വില (` 1,00,000-ന് മുകളിൽ ` 10,00,000 വരെ):
അസ്സൽ—` 1,000 + മൂ. വ. നി. 13.5%.
പകർപ്പ്—` 600 + മൂ. വ. നി. 13.5%.
ദർഘാസ് വിൽക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും—
5-3-2020 (വ്യാഴം) വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണി.
ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും—6-3-2020 (വെള്ളി) വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണി.
ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും—
7-3-2020 (ശനി) രാവിലെ 11. 30 മണി.
ദർഘാസുകളിൽ ടെൻഡർ നമ്പർ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി 12 KERALA GAZETTE [PART III അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ 7-3-2020 Last date and time of sale of tender form—5-3-2020 (ശനി) രാവിലെ 11.30 മണിക്ക് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ (Thursday) 3 p. m. തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ വിൽക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 5-3-2020 (വ്യാഴം) വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണി വരെയാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ അതിന്റെ വില ജില്ലാ മാനസികാരോഗ്യപരിപാടി, മാനസികാരോഗ്യകേന്ദ്രം, തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്ന് പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 11 മണി മുതൽ വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണി വരെ നേരിട്ട് അടച്ച് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്.
ടെൻഡറിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള പ്രത്യേക നിബന്ധനകളും വിശദാംശങ്ങളും ഫോറത്തിനൊടൊപ്പം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡേഴ്സ്, പോസ്റ്റൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ്, ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, ബാങ്കേഴ്സ് ചെക്ക് എന്നിവ ടെ≠ർ ഫോമിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Sealed tenders are invited from Vehicle Owners (private) for the hiring of vehicle for one year on contract on per kilometre charge basis for ''Pakalveedu'' project at Kollayil Grama Panchayat by District Mental Health Programme, Thiruvananthapuram.
Last date and time of receipts of tender—6-3-2020 (Friday) 3 p. m.
Date and time of opening of tender—7-3-2020 (Saturday) 11.30 a. m.
Tender forms will be obtained from the office of the District Mental Health Programme (DMHP) on payment of cash during 11 a. m. to 3 p. m.
Tender No. and date should be superscribed on the envelope and addressed to the Nodal Officer, District Mental Health Programme, Thiruvananthapuram. Late tenders will not be accepted. Cost of tender form will not be returned under any circumstances. Tender should be accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Nodal Officer, District Mental Health Programme, Thiruvananthapuram, which should not be less than one percent of the price quoted.
Specification of Vechile
1. Minimum 16-19 seats.
2. Good running condition.
Probable Amount of Contract—` 4,95,000.
EMD—1%.
Cost of tender form (Above ` 1,00,000 up to ` 10,00,000) :
Original—` 1,000 + VAT (13.5%).
Duplicate—` 600 + VAT (13.5%).
The undersigned has the right to reject any offer without assigning any reason thereof.
Special terms and conditions of the tenders shall be obtained with the tender form on working days.
Postal orders, Postal Stamps, Bank Drafts, Banker's Cheques will not accepted towards the cost of tenders.
