In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the High Court of Kerala hereby appoints Sri. Vivek, P. to be Judicial Magistrate of the First Class to preside over the Gram Nyayalaya, Koduvally at Thamarassery from the date Gram Nyayalayas Act, 2008 and empowers him to try, in a summary way, all the offences mentioned in Sub Section (1) of Section 260 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
