And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for Labour and Skills (A)

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10(1) (c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Labour Court, Kollam. The Labour Court will pass Thiruvananthapuram, 8th September 2020.
Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between management of Ayirath Yamaha Motors, Kareelakkulangara, Kayamkulam and the the award within a period of three months.
ANNEXURE
"Whether the termination of employment to Smt. Sulu, 108 KERALA GAZETTE [PART I Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by (2) Section 10(1) (d) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 G. O. (Rt.) No. 895/2020/LBR.
(Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication Thiruvananthapuram, 8th September 2020.
Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between the management of Cholan Tours Pvt. Ltd., Annai Avenue, Vasanth Nagar, Extension, Sreerangam, Trichi-620 006 and the workman of the above referred establishment Sri Jojo Sebastian, Kavungal Veedu, Elampalli P. O., Kottayam-686 503 in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order;
And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by to the Industrial Tribunal, Alappuzha. The Industrial Tribunal will pass the award within a period of three months.

"Whether the discharge from duty of Sri Arun, P. A., Mechanic & Machine operator Staff of Detilish Rugs, Valavanad by the management of Detilish Rugs, Valavanad is justifiable? If not what relief he is entitled to get?"

Section 10(1) (c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Labour Court, Ernakulam. The Labour Court will pass the award within a period of three months.

"Whether the termination of employment of Sri Jojo Sebastian, Driver, Cholan Tours Pvt. Ltd., Trichi by the management of M/s Cholan Tours Pvt. Ltd., Annai Avenue, Vasanth Nagar, Extension, Sreerangam, Trichi-620 006 is justifiable or not? If not what relief he is entitled to?"

Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between the proprietrix of Kerala Pumps Sales & Services, Puthen Nada, Thekkevila P. O., Kollam and the workmen of the above referred establishment represented by Shri G. Jayaprakash, General Secretary, Quilon Shops & Establishment Employees Union (INTUC), Mundakkal, Kollam in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order;
And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10(1) (c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Labour Court, Kollam. The Labour Court will pass the award within a period of three months.
