No. 43/2020/DTP (Stores Purchase). 401 3rd NOV. 2020] STORES PURCHASE 544 ടെ≠ർ തുറക്കുന്നതിന് തീരുമാനിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന തീയതിയിലോ അതിനുമുമ്പോ ആയി കിട്ടത്തക്കവിധം എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ, കൃഷി എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ കാര്യാലയം, ദക്ഷിണമേഖല, സനാതനപുരം പി. ഒ. ആലപ്പുഴ-688 003 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ്/സ്പീഡ് തപാൽ മുഖേന അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. തപാലിലു≠ാകുന്ന കാലതാമസത്തിന് ഈ ഓഫീസ് ഉത്തരവാദി ആയിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

5. ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നവർ ` 200-ന്റെ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ നിയമാവലി അനുസരിച്ചുള്ള സമ്മതപത്രം കൂടി നൽകേ≠താണ്. സമ്മതപത്രത്തിന്റെ മാതൃക ദർഘാസ് പരസ്യത്തോടൊപ്പം ലഭ്യമാണ്.

നിബന്ധനകൾ

1. ദർഘാസിനെ സംബന്ധിക്കുന്ന വിശദാംശങ്ങൾ കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ ഒൗദ്യോഗിക ടെ≠ർ വെബ്സൈറ്റായ www.etenders.kerala.gov.in-ൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

2. ടെ≠ർ ഫോറവും മറ്റ് രേഖകളും സാധുവായ ഡിജിറ്റൽ സി·േച്ചറിൽ ഒപ്പുവച്ച് സർക്കാരിന്റെ ഒൗദ്യോഗിക ടെ≠ർ വെബ്സൈറ്റായ www.etenders.kerala.gov.in-ൽ കൂടി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

3. ഒൗദ്യോഗിക വെബ്പോർട്ടലിൽ ഈ ദർഘാ സിനെപ്പറ്റി പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന മാതൃകയിലുള്ള BOQ ഫോറം മാത്രമേ ദർഘാസ് നടപടികൾക്കായി ഉപയോഗിക്കുവാൻ പാടുള്ളൂ. അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം ദർഘാസ് നിരസിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.

4. നിരതദ്രവ്യം, ദർഘാസ് ഫീസ് എന്നിവ ഓൺലൈൻ വഴി മാത്രമേ അടയ്ക്കുവാൻ പാടുള്ളൂ.

6. ദർഘാസിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന തീയതി യിൽ നി›ിത സമയത്ത് ദർഘാസുകൾ ഓൺലൈനായി www.etenders.kerala.gov.in-ൽ എന്ന വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.

7. ടെ≠ർ ലഭിച്ച വ്യ‡ി സπൈ ഓർഡറിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന ദിവസത്തിലോ അതിനുമുമ്പോ പമ്പ്സെറ്റും അനുബന്ധ ഘടകങ്ങളും സπൈ ചെയ്ത് സ്ഥാപിച്ച് പ്രവർത്തന സ÷മാക്കി കൈമാറേ≠താണ്.

8. ഓൺലൈൻവഴി ടെ≠ർ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും കാലതാമസമോ മറ്റ് പ്രശ്നങ്ങളോ ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ആയതിന് ടെ≠ർ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥാപനം ഉത്തരവാദി ആയിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
