In case at any stage, it is found that the information given by me is false/incorrect, Managing Director, KBPS shall have the absolute right to take any action as deemed fit, without any prior intimation to me.

In case of proprietorship firm, certificate will be given by the proprietor, and in case of Partnership firm, certificate will be given by all the partners and in case of Ltd. Company by all the Directors of the Company or Company Secretary on behalf of all directors. Any breach of these conditions by the Company or firm or any other person, the tender/work will be cancelled and earnest money/security deposit will be forfeited at any stage whenever it is so noticed. The Department will not pay any damages to the Company or firm or the concerned person. The Company or firm or the persons will also be debarred for further participation in the concerned.: unit.

പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ലയിൽ തിരുവല്ല താലൂക്കിൽ കോയിപ്രം വില്ലേജിൽ കേരളാ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ഇലക്ട്രിസിറ്റി ബോർഡ് ലിമിറ്റഡ് സ്ഥാപിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള 33 കെ. വി. സബ് സ്റ്റേഷനിലേക്ക് കോഴഞ്ചേരി താലൂക്കിൽ മല്ലപ്പുഴശ്ശേരി വില്ലേജിൽ തെക്കേമലയിലുള്ള 110 കെ. വി. സബ് സ്റ്റേഷനിൽ നിന്നും വൈദ്യുതി എത്തി ക്കുന്നതിനായി കോഴഞ്ചേരി, മല്ലപ്പുഴശ്ശേരി, തോട്ടപ്പുഴശ്ശേരി, കോയിപ്രം എന്നീ വില്ലേജുകളിലൂടെ വലിക്കുന്ന 12 കി. മീ. ദൂരം 33 കെ. വി. ലൈനിന്റെ പ്രാരംഭ ജോലികളുടെയും തുടർജോലികളുടെയും ആവശ്യത്തിലേക്കായി വൈദ്യുതി ബോർഡ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരോ കരാറുകാരോ അധികാര പ്പെടുത്തിയ മറ്റു വ്യ‡ികളോ ടി ലൈനുകളുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട പ്രദേശങ്ങളിൽ ഒൗദ്യോഗിക കൃത്യനിർവ്വഹണാർ∞ം പ്രവേശിക്കുന്നതാണ്. പ്രസ്തുത ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നതിൽ നിന്നും അവരെ തടസ്സപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത് സൂചന വകുപ്പുകൾ പ്രകാരം നിയമവിരുദ്ധമാണെന്ന് ഇതിനാൽ അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

പ്രസ്തുത ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നതിൽ നിന്നും അവരെ തടസ്സ പ്പെടുത്തുന്നത് നിയമവിരുദ്ധമാണെന്ന് ഇതിനാൽ അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
