Notification—Issued.
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9 (3) of the Code of Criminal Prodecure 1973, the High Court of Kerala hereby appoints the Officer mentioned in column (1) of the following Schedule to be Additional Sessions Judge to exercise jurisdiction in the Court of Sessions mentioned against his name in column (2) thereof, from the date of taking charge.

പേര്, ജനന തീയതി, വിലാസം, ഫോൺ നമ്പർ, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യത, മുൻകാല സർവീസ് സംബന്ധമായ വിശദാംശങ്ങൾ, ഒപ്പ് എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി, അപേക്ഷകൾ വെള്ളപേപ്പറിൽ തയ്യാറാക്കി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. പ്രായം, യോഗ്യത, പ്രവൃത്തി പരിചയം എന്നിവ തെളിയിക്കുന്ന രേഖകളുടെ സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ പകർപ്പുകൾ അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

സർക്കാർ സർവീസിൽ കുറഞ്ഞത് അഞ്ചു വർഷത്തെ എങ്കിലും സേവനം പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളവർ മാത്രം അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ മതിയാകും. മേൽപറഞ്ഞ നിബന്ധനകൾ പാലിക്കാത്ത അപേക്ഷകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയുടെയും ഇന്റർവ്യൂവിന്റെയും അടിസാഥാനത്തിലായിരിക്കും തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ്. ഇതുപ്രകാരം തയ്യാറാക്കുന്ന റാങ്ക്ലിസ്റ്റിന് നിബന്ധനകൾക്ക് വിധേയമായി കുറഞ്ഞത് ഒരു വർഷത്തെയും പരമാവധി ര≠ു വർഷത്തെയും കാലാവധി ഉ≠ായിരിക്കും.
In exercise of the powers conferred upon the undersigned u/s. 190 (2) and 14 (1) Cr. P. C. (Central Act 2 of 1974) the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kottayam, hereby defined the area shown in Col. II of the schedule hereto attached as the local area within which the Magistrate mentioned in Col. I have jurisdiction. This order will take effect for a period of one year w.e.f. 12-9-2020.
