സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളർ 1982 ഏപ്രിൽ മാസത്തിൽ നടത്തിയ സിവിൽ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് ഡിπോമാ പരീക്ഷയിൽ എൻ. എസ്. എസ്. പോളിടെക്നിക് പന്തളത്ത് നിന്നും 7246 രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ പ്രകാരം പാസ്സായ ശ്രീ. വിശ്വേശ്വര ശർമ, ടി. പി. എന്ന ആൾക്ക് നൽകിയ ഡിπോമാ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടുപോയി രിക്കുന്നു. മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ആർക്കെങ്കിലും കിട്ടിയിട്ടു≠െങ്കിൽ അത് സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളർ, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-40 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയച്ചുതരുവാൻ താൽപര്യപ്പെടുന്നു.
പുതിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കൊടുക്കുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും പരാതി ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ പരസ്യ തീയതി മുതൽ ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളറെ രേഖാമൂലം അറിയിക്കേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ ആറുമാസം വരെ വില നിരക്കിന് പ്രാബല്യം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders to be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a remittance of above prices fixed for the same and which is non-refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Cost of tender form is only acceptable by money order or cash remittance to this office. As per condition the tenderer should send along with his tender an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper value of ` 200 and Earnest Money Deposit 1% of the total cost of articles tendered. Tenders without agreement, tender form and Earnest Money Deposit will be rejected.

ESTIMATE FOR RENOVATION OF TOILET FOR B BLOCK 1. 11.40 Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300 × 300mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in all colours, shades, except white, lvory, Grey fume Red Brown, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 Coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. Complete.

Pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white PVC flushing cistern, including flush pipe with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS: 7231 with all fitting and fixtures complete, including cutting 1 No.
3. 17.1.1 Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W. C. pan) with 100mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P. V.
