22nd DEC. 2020] COMMISSIONERATE OF LAND REVENUE 8693 പേര് പരേതയുമായുള്ള വയസ് ബന്ധംമേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞവരാണ് പരേതയുടെ അവകാശികളെന്നുള്ളതിന് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കൊടുക്കുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ഈ പരസ്യം ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തി 30 ദിവസത്തിനകം രേഖാമൂലം മല്ലപ്പള്ളി തഹശീൽദാർ മുമ്പാകെ ഹാജരാകേ≠താണ്. കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞോ തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗമായോ വരുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Notice is hereby given to all whom it may concerned that Renju, G., Nilappana House, Ezhacherry P. O., Kottayam District has filed an application before this office for the issuance of legal heirship certificate in respect of her husband Unnikrishnan Nair Charunkal Prashanth, Radhalayam Charunkal House, Vaipur P. O., Kottangal Village, Mallappally Taluk, Pathanamthitta District, Kerala State who expired on 5-7-2020. Enquiry conducted through the concerned Village Officer reveals that the persons mentioned below are the legal heirs of the deceased.
പി. എസ്. സൈമൺ ഭർത്താവ് 58 പരേതയ്ക്കും ടിയാളുടെ ഭർത്താവിനും സന്താനങ്ങളില്ലാ ത്തതാണ്. മുകളിൽ പേര് ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്നയാളാണ് പരേതയുടെ അവകാശി എന്നുള്ളതിന് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് അനുവദിക്കുന്നതിന് ആർക്കെങ്കിലും എന്തെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ഈ പരസ്യം കേരള ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധ പ്പെടുത്തി 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ രേഖാമൂലം കോന്നി തഹശീൽദാർ മുമ്പാകെ ഹാജരായി ബോധിപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.
കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞോ തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗമോ ഉള്ള ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
