(c) "Deputy Conservator" means the Deputy Conservator of the Port of Cochin;
(d) "fees" means licence fees and inspection fees under regulation 3;
(e) "licence" means a jetties, piers and slipways licence issued under this regulation;
(f) Words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Act. 3. License and Inspection fees.—The fees shall be applicable as per the Scale of rates as prescribed by sections 48 & 49 of the said Act.
4. Payment of fees and application for licence.—
It is hereby notified for the information of all authorities concerned and the public that I, Nivedhitha, Nimisha Bhavan, Near Mathoth Temple, Kanhangad South P.O., Kasaragod District, Pin-671 531, holder of S. S. L. C. No.S 559126 with Register No. 547577 of March 2017, Higher Secondary Examination Certificate No. HSE 03/2019/551629 with Register No. 6437527 dated 8-5-2019 issued by the Secretary, Board of Higher Secondary Examination, Thiruvananthapuram, Birth Certificate with Registration No.1549/2001, date of Registration 8-5-2001 issued by the Registrar of Births & Deaths & Special Grade Secretary, Ajanur Grama Panchayat, PAN Card No. CAVPN4184P issued from Income Tax Department, Govt. of India, Ration Card No. 2469067402 (Sl. No. 2) dated 15-3-2017, issued by the Taluk Supply Officer, Hosdurg, as Niveditha in the Driving Licence No.KL60 20190017376, issued on 21-6-2019 by the SRTO, Kanhangad is one and the same person. Hereafter I have changed my name as Nivedhitha R. This change will come into effect in all records related to me.
Kanhangad, 28-10-2020. NIVEDHITHA The licence fee shall be payable in advance to the Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer, Cochin Port Trust and the receipt for the same shall be produced to the Deputy Conservator along with the application for the licence, containing following, namely:
(a) the owner's name and address;
(b) situation, survey number and other description etc.; (c) any other relevant information.

5. Period of Construction of Jetties, Piers, Slipways,
No. D1/13207/2020. 4th December 2020. etc.—The construction of jetty or pier shall be completed within six months from the date of issue of licence to the entire satisfaction of the Deputy Conservator.
6. Maintenance of Jetties, Piers, Slipways, etc.—
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 123 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Board of Trustees of the Cochin Port Trust hereby makes the following regulations, in supersession of the Cochin Port Trust (Licensing of Jetties, Slipway and Boat pen) Regulations, 1968, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, namely:– 1. Short Title, Application and commencement.— (i) These Regulations may be called The Cochin Port Trust (Licensing of Jetties, Piers and Slipways) Regulations, 2020.
(a) They shall apply to all jetties, slipway and boat-pen within the Port limits.
The jetty, pier, boat shed or slipways, as the case may be, shall be maintained by the licensee in good and substantial repairs to the satisfaction of Deputy Conservator, and it shall not be extended or altered in any way without the previous sanction of the Chairman and the licensee shall be responsible for the safety of all its users.
7. Removal of Jetties, Piers, Slipways, etc.—When
(b) They shall come into force on the date of publication of the approval thereto by the Central Government in the Official Gazette.
2. Definitions.—In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,—
(a) "Act" means the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963;
(b) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Cochin Port Trust constituted under the Act;
so required by the Deputy Conservator, the licensee shall remove the jetty, slipway and piers as the case may be, at his own cost and without any compensation whatsoever, within three months after receiving notice in writing and shall not erect any other structure on any part of such foreshore without previous sanction from the competent authority.

jetties, slipways, etc. by the Board.—(1) In the event of delay or default in such erection and completion or any breach of any of the conditions of this regulation the Cochin Port Trust may cancel the licence and assume control of or otherwise dispose of all or any part of the jetty, slipways or piers, as the case may be, or remove and dispose of any other structures or other improvements affected on the said site that may have been constructed as well as the site thereof, at the expense of the person concerned and the licensee shall have no right in the land in consequence of erection made thereon.
(2) It shall be open to the Deputy Conservator to appropriate or set off the cost ot removal or other damage the Board may sustain due 11. Environmental protection.—The licensee shall be responsible for the environmental protection and ensure that there shall not be any discharge of oily wastes from any boats tied up alongside the jetty or pier or slipway.
12. Fish landing.—Fish-landing will not be permitted at the jetties. Authorised fish- landing centres shall only be used by the jetty users.
13. Failure to observe conditions.—The licensee shall abide by all conditions stipulated above and failure to observe any of the conditions may entail cancellation of the licence.

to the licencee's default out of the sale proceeds of the things removed or disposed of in the manner herein before provided and the licence granted, unless otherwise cancelled, shall remain in force for a period of one year.

9. Avoidance of obstruction to navigation.—The
licensee shall not encroach into the water- front beyond the perpendicular length of twenty meters in the Mattancherry Channel and five meters in all other areas. Any relaxation to the specified limits should have the concurrence of the Deputy Conservator on case by case basis after obtaining approval of competent authority.
In any case the licensee shall not at any time cause any obstruction to the normal flow of the water traffic and navigation.
10. Security of the Jetty.— (1) The licensee shall be responsible for the security of the jetty and shall maintain a log book which will show the registry number of boats, the name and identity of all the crew of various boats tied up at the jetty.
(2) The log book shall be produced for inspection upon demand by Port or any Authority Authorized by the Government. (3) The licensee shall keep a tab on all users of the jetty and shall be liable to report any strangers, including foreigners, to the nearest Police Station.

ജീവനക്കാർക്കും സന്ദർശകർക്കും വെവ്വേറെ നിരക്കു കളിലാണ് ഭക്ഷണസാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യേ≠ത്. ഓരോ ഇനം ഭക്ഷണസാധനത്തിനും ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് നൽകുന്ന വില പ്രത്യേകം കാണിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസിൽ വില രേഖപ്പെടുത്താത്ത ഇനങ്ങൾ വിൽക്കുന്നതിന് മ്യൂസിയം മൃഗശാല വകുപ്പ് ഡയറക്ടറിൽ നിന്നും മുൻകൂർ അനുമതി വാങ്ങിയിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ നി›ിത ഫോറത്തിലാണ് സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ത്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 500-ം ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റിന് ` 250-ം ഒടുക്കേ≠താണ്. ടെൻഡർ ഫോമുകൾ 28-12-2020 മുതൽ 30-12-2020 വരെ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും പ്രവർത്തി സമയത്ത് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ മ്യൂസിയം മൃഗശാല വകുപ്പ് ഡയറക്ടറേറ്റിൽ ലഭിക്കേ≠ അവസാന തീയതി 31-12-2020-ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 2 മണി വരെയാണ്. വൈകിക്കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം മുൻപരിചയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും, ഏതെങ്കിലും തിരിച്ചറിയൽ കാർഡിന്റെ പകർപ്പും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. അന്നേ ദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരായിട്ടുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെയോ, അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഓരോ ദർഘാസിനൊപ്പവും ` 5,000-ന്റെ നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഡയറക്ടറുടെ പേരിൽ ഡി. ഡി. ആയി അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. കൂടാതെ ` 1,00,000-ന്റെ
