In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the High Court of Kerala hereby appoint the Officer mentioned in Column (1) of the following Schedule to be Additional Sessions Judge to exercise jurisdiction in the Court of Sessions mentioned against his name in Column (2) thereof, from the date of taking charge:

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 (1) and 190 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act 31st AUG. 2020] JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT 114 Explanatory Note In the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated cognizance of the offences mentioned in Column No. 3 of the schedule within the area mentioned in Column No. (2) of the schedule below from the date of assumption of charge as such Magistrate till 30-9-2021.
