Whereas Deputy Manager, Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. has deposited with this court a sum of ` 9,66,213 (Rupees Nine Lakhs Sixty Six Thousand Two Hundred and Thirteen only) as compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Siddique, who met with a fatal accident while employed as a driver of a goods carriage pick up autorikshaw bearing Regn. No. KL-02M-7759 and where as it is reported that (1) Sri Raheem, Vayalil Veed, 52-Puthukkulangara, Nehru Nagar, Gopalassery, Vadakkevila, Kollam (2) Smt. Maharniza, Vayalil Veed 52-Puthukkulangara, Nehru Nagar, Gopalassery, Vadakkevila, Kollam are his only dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employees' Compensation Act. Any others who claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of Compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.

B., Puthuveettil, Lakshmithuruth, Cheriyazheekkal P. O., Alappad (2) Smt. Sreeja, S., Puthuveettil, Lakshmithuruth, Cheriyazheekkal P. O., Alappad (3) Smt. Whereas the New India Insurance Company Limitted has deposited with this Court an amount of ` 8,39,886 (Eight Lakh Thirtynine Thousand Eight Hundred and Eightysix only) towards compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased Basheer who met with fatal accident in the course of work while he was working as a Driver in an Autorikshaw bearing Registration No. KL 11 AS 8475 on 26-12-2017. The Assistant Labour Officer, Kondotty has reported that (1) Smt. Seenath (wife), (2) Shahna Shirin (daughter), Thanniyangatt House, Schoolpady, Pallikkal P. O., Malappuram are his only dependents as defined under Section 2(1) (d) of the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923 any other claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above and claim preferred thereafter will not to be considered.
നമ്പർ ഇ.സി.സി.-86/2018. 2020 നവംബർ 18. 26-12-2017-ാം തീയതി KL 11 AS 8475-ാം നമ്പർ ഓട്ടോറിക്ഷയിൽ ഡ്രൈവറായി ജോലി ചെയ്യവെ ഉ≠ായ അപകടത്തിൽ മരണപ്പെട്ട ബഷീർ എന്ന തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ 9-12-2019-ാം തീയതി കേരള ചുമട്ടുതൊഴിലാളി ക്ഷേമ ബോർഡ്, കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലാ കമ്മിറ്റി, തലശ്ശേരി ഉപകാര്യാലയത്തിലെ തൊഴിലാളിയായിരുന്ന നാസർ, കെ. കെ. ജോലി ചെയ്യവെ ഉ≠ായ അപകടത്തിൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതിനാൽ തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 5,84,800 (അഞ്ച് ലക്ഷത്തി എൺപത്തി നാലായിരത്തി എണ്ണൂറ് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ കോടതിയിൽ കെട്ടിവെച്ചിട്ടു≠്.
തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2(1)(ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവ്വചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി ഭാര്യ സഫിയ, പി. പി., മാതാവ് സൈനബ, കെ., വില്ല അപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റ ്, പുറക്കളം, കൂത്തുപറമ്പ് എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്ന് കൂത്തുപറമ്പ് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലും ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.
നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 8,39,886 (എട്ട് ലക്ഷത്തി മുപ്പത്തി ഒൻപതിനായിരത്തി എണ്ണൂറ്റി എൺപത്തിയാറ് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ കോടതിയിൽ കെട്ടിവെച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2(1)(ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവ്വചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി ഭാര്യ സീനത്ത്, മകൾ ഷഹ്ന ഷിറിൻ, താന്നിയങ്ങാട്ട് വീട്, സ്കൂൾപ്പടി, പള്ളിക്കൽ പി. ഒ., മലപ്പുറം എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്ന് കൊ≠ോട്ടി അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലും ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ട പരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
