Competitive e-Tenders are invited for the supply of following items to the Government Analyst Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram, Regional Analytical Laboratory, Ernakulam and Regional Analytical Laboratory, Kozhikkode and District Food Testing Laboratory, Pathanamthitta as specified in the BOQ by the Commissioner of Food Safety, Thycaud P. O., Thiruvananthapuram.
Tender No.—C3-8150/2020.
Name of Items—CRMs, SRMs.
Estimated Cost—` 5,00,000.
EMD—` 5,000.
Tender document fee—` 1,000+GST12%.
The tender document fee and Earnest Money Deposit shall be made by online payment to the State Bank of India, Thiruvananthapuram Treasury Branch.
Separate technical bids shall be submitted in respect of the above items. The Original documents of signed copy of tender form, Original Agreement, authorization letter from the principal company, Tender fee documents EMD/Attested copies of documents to prove exemption of EMD, Turn over details for the last three years shall be sent to The Commissioner, Commissionerate of Food Safety, Thycaud P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 014 on or before the closing day of receipt of the tender.
3. Bid should be uploaded only in the specified BOQ form available on the web portal against this tender. Tenders which are not in the prescribed BOQ form are liable to be rejected.
4. An agreement in the prescribed form should be signed by the tenderer in the Kerala Stamp Paper of worth ` 200. A specimen form of agreement is given in the tender documents. Hard copy of this agreement should be sent to the tender inviting authority so as to reach it before the date and time of receipt of tenders; otherwise the tenders are liable to be rejected.
5. Online opening of the tenders will be carried out on the specified date and time through the official portal http//www.etenders.kerala.gov.in/nicgep/app of tenders Kerala.
6. All quoted items should be inclusive of all taxes with the respective specifications mentioned in the documents and delivered at free of cost to the Government Analytical Laboratories of Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam Kozhikkode and Pathanamthitta.
7. The successful tenderer should supply the materials on or before the date specified in the purchase order.
8. The tender inviting authority will have the power to increase or reduce the number/quantity of items proposed to be purchased.
9. The tender inviting authority will not be responsible for any sort of delay or difficulty faced during the submission of bids through online by the bidders.
10. In addition to these conditions, all other General conditions in the store purchase manual of the Government of Kerala will be applicable to this tender.
11. The successful bidder shall deposit 5% of total purchase order amount as security deposit.
12. Quality of items will be inspected if necessary by a Technical Committee constituted by the Tender inviting authority.
