Notice is hereby given to all whom it may concern Santhosh Raghavan of the above address who expired on 16-6-2020 at Al-Asha in Saudi Arabia. This Certificate is requirëd for getting the death compensation, financial benefits, transaction of landed property and all other purposes. An enquiry conducted through the Village Officer concerned revealed that the following persons mentioned in the schedule below are the legal heirs of the deceased.

This Certificate is required for getting the LIC Policy amount, transaction of landed property with drawing Bank deposit and all other purpose. An enquiry conducted through the Village Officer, Valacodu revealed that the following persons mentioned in the schedule below are the legal heirs of the deceased.

Belated application and those send by post will not be considered.
