[UNDER SECTION 36(4) OF KERALA TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT, 2016]

It is hereby notified that the Master Plan for Erattupetta Town prepared by the Municipal Council of Erattupetta Municipality for the area described in the schedule below has been published on the Official website https://erattupettamunicipality.lsgkerala.gov.in (Name of the website) of the Municipality under section 36(4) of the Kerala Town and Country Planning Act 2016.
2. The plan (report and maps) can also be inspected during office hours at the Municipal Office.
3. Any person interested in the plan may with in sixty days of publication of notice of the Gazette communicate in writing to the Secretary, Erattupetta Municipality in any objection or suggestion relating thereto.
