20-12-2021 Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that Minikumari S, Krishnakripa, Vettiyara P O, Navaikulam Village, Varkala Taluk of Thiruvananthapuram District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate of her son to produce before M A C T court and other purposes in respect of the legal heirs of late Umesh Krishna , Krishnakripa, Vettiyara P O who expired on 20-10-2021. Enquires conducted through the village officer Navaikulam and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below is the legal heir of the said late Umesh Krishna.

that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant . The deceased is an unmarried person. The father of the deceased is alive. Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said member for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Varkala within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.
